DANCERS INCORPORATED DANCE INSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT This agreement is made between Dancers Incorporated (“Studioâ€) and ________________________ (parent/guardian) and ________________________ (student) to receive lessons during the 2019-2020 dance season (August 12, 2019 through May 16, 2020). I, the undersigned, have received & agree to the terms & conditions outlined in the Dancers Incorporated Dance Instruction Services Agreement. APPLICABLE LAW This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alabama. This agreement shall be binding upon and cannot be assigned to another. The failure to attend class does not waive the provisions of this contract. This agreement is understood with respect to the subject matter and must be signed and delivered to the Studio at the time of registration.
