By registering at PowerTaps, I agree to not hold PowerTaps L.L.C. responsible for any liabilities, damages or injuries incurred while within the studio, studio premises or activities sponsored or supported by PowerTaps.

I understand that a 30-day notice is required to unenroll from classes at PowerTaps, and that during the 30-day period if a new calendar month begins I am reasonable for paying for that new month's tuition. To unenroll you must email info@powertapsclogging.com.

I give PowerTaps the permission to take and use photos and/or videos of myself and/or my family members enrolled at PowerTaps for such purposes as social media, marketing and sales.
