General Policies and Procedures of Sherri's Dance Center:
1. We pride ourselves in having uniformity and cooperation when it comes to our dress code/hair policies.
2. Please follow the dress code for the dance classes you are enrolled in. A detailed dress code can be found at https://www.sherrisdancecenter.com/dress-code.html
3. Hair should be worn neatly and pulled back away from the face. If the hair is not long enough to go in a ponytail/bun/pouf it should be secured with headbands, barrettes, or bobby pins to keep hair from falling in the face.
4. Every attempt should be made for dancers to be in class and on time. Please enter any abscences in our parent portal system.
5. Families who do not comply with their fee or costume payment obligations will be charged a late fee, and/or excluded from class/performances.
6. Please only bring water inside the dance studios, food or other beverages should be consumed in the lobby area.
7. It may be necessary for instructors to place hands on the student for proper placement and correction of body alignment, for choreography and instructional purposes as well as spotting skills & body assessment.
8. We expect our students to behave properly while in class. They must be respectful of their teacher and peers at all times. Should a student become disruptive in class, the Teacher/Director has the right to remove him/her from class.
9. Sherri's Dance Center is committed to anti-bullying. We provide a safe and supportive community that fosters a lifelong love for dance and creative expression. In order to guarantee that all of our dancers are able to best pursue their passion, we will not tolerate bullying in any form.

REGISTRATION IS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT AGREEMENT AND MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE CLASS BEGINS

I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Allee's Dance Studio, LLC (DBA Sherri's Dance Center) classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Allee's Dance Studio, LLC (DBA Sherri's Dance Center), its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Sherri’s Dance Center. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Sherri's Dance Center, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.

I understand the following mandatory dress rehearsal and performance dates for all dancers who perform:

Winter Show Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: December 5-6, 2024
Winter Shows: December 7, 2024

Spring Dance Concert Mandatory Dress Rehearsals: May 21, May 22, May 23, 2025
Spring Dance Concerts: May 24 & 25, 2025

I hereby authorize Allee's Dance Studio, LLC (DBA Sherri's Dance Center) to print or share my dancer's first name, and likeness. I understand that said images may be used for educational, advertising, and promotional purposes in conventional print and electronic media. I also authorize the use of printed material in connection therewith. I understand and agree that images and recordings may be duplicated, with or without charge and may be altered in any form without compensation or liability.

There is a $30 registration fee due at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is not complete until the registration fee is paid.

Tuition is due on the 1st and is the same amount for each month. Some months will have more lessons than others as we will not have class on school holidays. Tuition is considered late after the 10th day of the month. A $20 late fee will be assessed on the 11th day.

Tuition may be paid by cash, check, or money order in person or by card, paypal, and autopay via our website.
-Autopay will be charged on the 1st of every month, or the first business day thereafter.
-Any declined autopay will be run again on the 10th, in an attempt to avoid the late penalty of $20. If the autopay is declined on the 10th, the late fee will be added.

The following fees are required in order for the student to participate in our performances:

WINTER RECITAL FEE
Winter recital fee is $70 and is due October 15th. We will not charge admission to the winter show. Any dancer choosing not to complete the dance year will not receive a refund.

SPRING COSTUME FEE
Costume Fees will be sent out via email by October 15th. The total costume fee is due by November 15th. Any dancer choosing not to complete the dance year will not receive their costume or receive a refund. Level 1-3 student's costumes average $100.00 per class and Level 4-7 student's costumes average $150.00 per class.

SPRING RECITAL FEE
Spring recital fee is $125 and is due April 1st. This includes the mandatory recital shirt, and a digital download of the dance recital. We do not charge admission to the Spring Dance Concert. Any dancer choosing not to complete the dance year will not receive a refund.
