You agree that you understand the rules and policies of Tammy Arrowood's Stars of Tomorrow.
If parent or Emergency Contact cannot be reached in case of an emergency, consent is given for my child to receive medical or surgical care as recommended by the physician or hospital.
Tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month and regardless of absences. It is payable monthly in advance, and due at the ?rst lesson of each month. Reminders will not be sent out unless you are past due. There will be a late fee of $10.00 if paid after the 10th of the month and $15.00 after the 20th. Please note there is a fee for paying online.
All team members must attend no less than 1 hour of ballet, 1.5 hours of production practice and 45 minutes of flex and conditioning per week. All team members must attend 3 workshops per year and these fees are included in with your child’s Competition Account. Small group team members will be asked and expected to pay extra choreography fees and attend more workshops than others. ATTENDANCE POLICY Tammy Arrowood’s Stars of Tomorrow Performing Teams adhere to the same attendance policy as the past twenty-five years. All students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals that are assigned to their teams. This is an honor and a team effort and consistent attendance contributes to each student’s success. Parents must be committed to bringing their child to every class and making sure they arrive and picked up ON TIME. Students are required to participate at the fair, parade, recital and nationals. Excused absences are for illness, injury, or other family emergencies and require a phone call or email from the parent to the studio.Students with more than 3 unexcused absences will be subject to dismissal from the Performing Teams. Tammy Arrowood’s Stars of Tomorrow also reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct, working habits, or progress is deemed unacceptable by the staff. All fees paid to the studio are non-refundable.
I consent to photography and recording of my child for its usage in promotional and public relations activities. All recordings are property of Tammy Arrowood’s Stars of Tomorrow.
I understand and acknowledge that there is a risk of injury inherent in dance activities and that personal injury or damage to property may result during participation in dance and related activities. I represent that my child is physically able to safely participate in dance and related activities. I agree to assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in dance instruction, rehearsal, performance and related activities. In consideration of receiving instruction at Tammy Arrowood’s Stars of Tomorrow, I hereby waive, release and discharge all present and future claims and liabilities of any kind, whether for bodily injury, property damage, or other loss, arising out of my child’s participation in dance and related activities, including but not limited to dance instruction, rehearsals, and performances, whether conducted on or off studio premises. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for delivering my child to the studio and picking her/him up and that the studio is not responsible for a child that leaves the premises.
NO food or drinks are allowed in the dance rooms at any time. Students must eat or drink in the student break-room or outside the building. Students are only allowed to drink water while at the studio. Please do not bring valuables to class. All attire, shoes, personal items and etc. should be labeled. Students, parents and siblings should respect our facility and equipment at all times. No running in the hallways,excessive noise, etc. Siblings or friends of students must be supervised at all times. Absolutely no dancing or flipping in studio rooms where there is NO INSTRUCTOR present. You may stretch in the vacant rooms and that is it. Students are allowed in the dance rooms only during designated class times. Dance studio rooms are not to be used for private rehearsals or classes unless accompanied by an instructor. Students must be dressed and ready to begin on time. Students arriving late to class may be asked to observe rather than participate in class. Respect the instructors and others classmates by arriving on time.
