All registrations will be charged a $5 enrollment fee. This fee is used to offset insurance costs to be able to offer classes for our students. This one-time fee is good for the entire school year and will not be charged again until the following school year.
If your child is sick, please do not attend class for the health and safety of all other participants.
You are welcome to visit class any time. You are also welcome to share photos and videos of class and share them on social media. Movin' Monkeys is also welcome to take photos and videos of class participants during class and use them for sharing and marketing purposes on its website and social media pages.
I hereby consent to my student(s) participating in this facility's program(s). I recognize that injuries can occur in any activity involving height or motion, including tumbling, running, equipment play, and physical activity in general. I understand that it is the express intent of all staff to provide for the safety and protection of my student(s) and, in consideration for allowing my student(s) to use these facilities, I hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE and FOREVER RELEASE this facility, affiliated and partner companies and organizations, property owners, staff, teachers, owners, and other members involved in this facility's program(s), from all liability and for any and all damages and injuries suffered by my student(s) during instruction, supervision, and/or control during any and all classes or extra activities.
