You agree to the terms and conditions of Ignite Dance Company when you register.
Every first class is free of charge.
You waive the rights for IDC to use your child's photo for social media and advertising purposes unless putting in writing that you DO NOT wish for your child to appear in any materials.
Late payments will result in 10% charge.
We require a half terms notice If you wish to leave Ignite Dance company, otherwise all classes must be paid for up to this notice.

You understand that your child is in a setting where they may be exposed to Covid 19, although every measure will be taken to try and ensure your Child’s safety.

By agreeing to this waiver, you give permission for photos and video footage to be taken of your child during classes and used for Ignite content and advertising purposes, which includes social media.

Should you wish not for your child to do this, please email us to opt out.

Once registered at Ignite, we require half a terms notice should you decide to no longer have your child attend classes, or half a terms fees will still be required.

*Please note that whilst we are doing are upmost to adhere to COVID regulation guidelines, social distancing, temperature checks, sanitising hands and keeping your child safe. We cannot guarantee that by choosing to send your child to classes that there will not be risk at being exposed to the virus.

Once enrolled in to classes after initial trial, half a term fees are due on receipt of invoice/statement.
Fees are collected at the start of a term. Half a terms notice is required if you wish to terminate agreement and no longer attend Ignite Dance Company.

With private lessons you must give at least 7 days notice, otherwise full payment will still be required.

You agree for students and parents to abide by the rules and guidelines as well as codes of conduct.
