Our staff invests in your student(s) by building relationships, developing their skills, and creating an inclusive and personalized
environment. Choosing to withdraw your student disrupts the dance class environment. Dance is a discipline that instills
accountability, teamwork and consistency. Please consider the impact that your student’s withdrawal has on all the students and the
core values we teach to each one of our students.
TUITION: To ensure proper training and that the studio operates properly, it is imperative for our studio that tuition is paid on
time, as we have a strict tuition policy.
All tuition will be drafted on the 1 st of the month via autopay (automatic payment withdrawal).Â
If you want to pay by cash, this must be done one week prior to the 1 st .
If your card declines, we will notify you to collect tuition. If the balance is not paid by the 10 th , you will be charged a $35 late
fee. If your tuition is not paid by the 20th, your student(s) will not be able to participate in class(es) until your balance is paid
in full.
Accounts delinquent more then 90 days will be sent to collections.
Absolutely NO refunds will be given for any purchases.
Tuition remains the same whether the month has 5 weeks or 2 weeks and regardless of absences (illness, vacations etc). There are
no deductions for shorter months or when you are absent from class. Failure to show up for lessons that are not made up
will not result in a credit or refund.Â
When paying other fees such as shoes, costumes, etc., if tuition has not been paid, any available credit will go towards tuition first
then towards your purchase.
