Shooting Stars Dance is hereby granted permission to use photos or videos of our students for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, printed media, internet advertising and website design, email promotions and other advertisements. All photos or videos of students taken while participating in SSD events may be copyrighted in the SSD name. I hereby affirm and acknowledge that I am giving full permission for any students I enroll in classes to participate in either an in-person or virtual learning environment. I am taking all risk associated with the participation in Shooting Stars Dance classes and activities both within and outside of the brick and mortar establishment of Shooting Stars Dance. I hereby release and discharge Shooting Stars Dance and its members from all actions, claims, or demands I, my heir, distributes, guardians and/or legal representatives now have or may have in the future for injury or damage resulting from any information I submit or participation in any activity in relation to Shooting Stars Dance.
