ODC Payment Requirements Policy
Tuition is due on a monthly basis to secure your dancer’s classes and will be billed on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month. For example - Payments due for the month of June will be billed on the 25th of May. This allows ODC to collect the required payments upfront and secure our studio rental without the hassle of making payments late and forfeiting studio time.

Secured Payment Policy:
All accounts are required to be set up on automatic payments (O’Auto-Pay) as a commitment to the program. During the registration process, within the dance portal, you will be prompted to set up automatic payment before completing your enrollment (you will not be able to bypass this step). Payments will be withdrawn on the 25th of every month preceding the month due. Automatic payments can also be split into two payments, if you choose. The other available withdrawal date is the 10th day of the month preceding the month you are due. For example - payments for the month of June would be withdrawn from your selected account on the 10th and the 25th of May.

If you would like to split your payments between the 10th and the 25th of each month, you may do so by completing the ODC ACH Elections Form. If you should close or change your payment method, you will need to notify ODC at least 10 days prior to your scheduled withdrawal date (by completing the ODC ACH Elections Form), so that we may update your dancer’s account.

All payments are subject to a 2.99% + $.30 per transaction fee for all debit/credit card payments. If you elect to use your bank account information (checking/savings) the fee will be waived.

Card on File Policy:
In addition to ODCs Secured Payment Policy; when you elect to use your checking or savings account information, ODC will also require you to provide a valid, major credit/debit card to keep on file in case your secured auto payment fails.

Automatic Payments:
All accounts are required to be set up on automatic payments as a commitment to the program. What’s Not Included in Automatic Payments:
Payments for Clothing, Workshops/Camps, or other fees outside of Tuition and Late Fees ARE NOT automatically withdrawn from a dancer’s account. If account holders would like to have these types of fees automatically withdrawn, ODC must receive this request in writing. Request must specify the exact fee they would like automatically withdrawn, the dollar amount and duration of withdrawals.

Split Payment Plans 
Effective May 1, 2023, ODC no longer offers split payment plans.

Card on File Policy:
In addition to ODCs Secured Payment Policy; when you elect to use your checking or savings account information, ODC will also require you to provide a valid, major credit/debit card to keep on file in case your secured auto payment fails.

Debit/Credit Card accounts that are provided as the automatic payment method, MUST be valid. ODC will issue a $25 Auto-pay Penalty for accounts that continuously decline with an INVALID CARD CODE.

Merchant Service Fees
All credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3.05% + $.30 per transaction fee. If you elect to use your bank account information (checking/savings) the fee will be waived.

ODC Payment Fees:

$15 late fee – after 5 days of non-payment + $5 additional every five days the payment has not been made (not to exceed $30 total)
$25 Penalty for INVALID CARD CODES (includes expired cards and invalid card numbers)
$30 for ACH (checking/savings) transactions that are returned as non-sufficient funds
$30 for debit/credit card transactions that have been declined after the 3rd attempt/per transaction
Excessive Late Pick-up Fee - $20 per occurrence (20 minutes or more) at the discretion of the impacted instructor.

All late fees, NSFs, and Decline fees occurred will be due and charged in your next month’s Autopayment submission. Example: If an account is charged a fee (from one of the fee categories listed above) ODC will charge your payment account for tuition and the total fees incurred from the month prior, on your next due date.

I fully understand that Outspoken Dance Company's staff members are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With this in mind, I hereby release the Outspoken Dance Company staff:
To give first aid to myself, my child, or my children in the event of any injury or illness.
To call a doctor or ambulance and seek medical help, including transportation by its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, who aid in any health care facility or hospital, if deemed necessary.
To allow the physician and/or hospital to treat myself, my child or my children for any injury or illness.

I understand that I must provide a valid, major credit/debit card number to keep on file with Outspoken Dance Company to secure my dancer’s account, even if I have set up automatic payment using my checking or savings account numbers. In the event my automatic payment fails, I authorize Outspoken Dance Company to deduct the amount (including late fees or NSFs due to payment failure) from the card I have provided on file.

All Programs are required to offer at least 75% of the total (minimum) hours as described in the class’s program description in order to charge families the full amount of their Program’s Tuition (restrictions apply)
Holiday
Planned closures or small breaks
STAFF Illness – in the event an instructor is sick and needs to cancel a class, the instructor will work to reschedule the class time within the same month to make up for the time missed. If a new rehearsal date cannot be established there will be no pro-rated discount as long as the dancers are still receiving at least 75% of their minimum allotted hours for the month.
In the event that ODC cannot meet the 75%-time allotment in the same tuition month, ODC will provide a pro-rated credit to the accounts of impacted programs.

Class leveling is at the discretion of the Program Director and dependent on the dancer’s past training. Each student is unique and will advance at their own pace; therefore, class placement will be based on each dancer’s specific needs. Students are constantly being assessed during their classes and ODC Directors will approach parents if dancers need to be placed in a different level.

Exams
Most “Level-Ups” happen during the exam period. Exams are administered two-times per year (December and at the end of the dance season). SPARK Minis ARE NOT required to complete Exams. All other dancers are required to take exams.

Exams are a reiteration of what has been taught during the Dance Semester. Dancers will be prepped in class a few weeks before an exam, so they know what to expect.

Placement Testing
Placement testing is scheduled for dancers entering the company in-between exam periods. Dancers will attend a trial class or a private session and be observed in skill testing so the instructor can determine their placement within the company.

Being a part of a dance company can be fun and exciting; it can also be overwhelming. Outspoken believes in effective communication and will work hard to ensure you have all of the information you need for the season. It is important to follow our Communication Policy and Guidelines thoroughly to ensure you don’t miss important details regarding your dancer’s program.

We use Band to communicate to all program channels. Band is used to post important company announcements as well as specific details regarding your program (this includes homework for dancers).
Helpful tips for using Band:
Parents should subscribe their cell phone number and/or email address to BAND to not miss important alerts.
If your child has a cell phone, they should have a BAND account so they can stay engaged with their instructor and complete homework assignments when assigned *ODC Instructors would appreciate communicating with your child within the BAND App ONLY. No cell phone numbers should be exchanged between dancers and instructors without prior agreement/approval between parents and instructors.

BAND is a mandatory communication tool approved by Outspoken. Parents must be on the app and should keep their notifications active so they can stay updated on important details. Parents and Dancers may post their own messages, videos and/or photos to share, but should keep posts that are not pertaining to dance to a minimum. Failure to read BAND Posts that result in the failure to meet important/posted deadlines, or impacts your dancer’s performance on the team (whether that be being prepared for a performance, etc.) may cause for dismissal from your respective program

Approved BAND Admins can view who has read posts and have the right to remove posts that are deemed inappropriate or irrelevant to the Outspoken Community.

Approved Class Attire is required to attend all classes and failure to follow this guideline will result in being benched or sent home from class.

Solid black fitted top and bottoms
Baggy clothing (unless during a hip-hop class), pajamas, clothing that reveals inappropriate areas of the body, clothing with offensive language, slurs or that could be interpreted as such, will not be allowed in class or any Company Event (sports-bras are acceptable, however, they must be solid black).
Approved Footwear includes:
Black/tan jazz shoes
Black dance socks (one pair provided FREE in dancer’s package – see pg. 15 for details)
Black/tan ballet slippers or half-soles
Tennis Shoes are allowed in Hip-Hop Classes, ONLY.
Bare feet (unless otherwise approved for Majorette, Lyrical or Contemporary routines), Crocs, slippers, slip-on shoes (other than what’s listed as approved) are not permitted in class. Dancers need to get used to wearing appropriate dance shoes as they will be required to perform in them.
There may be days your instructor may require dancers to bring the shoes they are required to perform in, this will help them with breaking them in and getting used to wearing them on different floor types.

**All dancers must have at least one (1) Outspoken Approved Racerback Unitard (can be purchased from the dancer’s store. See pg. 14 of your ODC Guidebook)

Attendance
Attendance is taken in each class. Consistency is key to building strong technique and successful dancers. If you are not able to attend class, please call/text your Program Director or TEAM PARENT immediately! When dancers commit to our programs, they are not only committing to being there for themselves, but they are also committing to the other dancers there, especially when we begin working on choreography for a performance or competition. If attendance is poor, your Program Director may bench your dancer until satisfactory attendance is met, or officially dismiss your dancer from the program. If you miss 2-consecutive classes without notice, your dancer may be benched or officially dismissed from the program (see Missed Classes & Privates Policy for more details).

Tardies/Lates
You should always inform your Program Director if you are running late! Dancers arriving 25-minutes (or more) late may be asked to sit aside during rehearsal/practice that day OR sent home! We understand that things happen and sometimes traffic is unavoidable, however it not only disrupts class to enter late, but it is more importantly, unsafe for your dancer to miss their warm-up time and jump into the middle of class. When this occurs, your dancer will be marked absent (see Missed Classes & Privates Policy for more details)

Parent Viewing
ALL PRACTICES/CLASSES ARE CLOSED TO ALL PARENTS, FAMILIES, AND FRIENDS unless the below is applicable.
Minis Parents are permitted to watch their dancers in class for the full duration of the session
Minis that are 3 years old, require a parent in the session at all times, no exceptions.
** There are different requirements for each program. Please see the Matchbox and S.T.E.P Majorette Program Guides for additional requirements to this policy. **

Drop Off and Pick Up
Dancers should arrive 5-minutes before class begins and be picked up within 10-minutes of class ending. Please be respectful of our instructor’s time! Multiple instances where dancers are picked up more than 20-minutes late, will be fined $20 for such occurrences (at the instructor’s discretion).
Dancers should arrive ready for class, dressed appropriately and with the correct shoe (if applicable). If you are dropping your child off, please make sure they have safely entered the building before you leave. Please DO NOT leave young children or siblings at the studio unattended, unless agreed upon by the instructor holding the class. Please have your Dancer use the restroom BEFORE class.

Minors not enrolled in classes at ODC must be supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES.

Food and Drink
No chewing gum during class. Food and drinks are ONLY ALLOWED in designated areas of the dance space. Only water will be allowed (and encouraged!) during the dancer’s practice time. It is the responsibility of all dancers to pick up after themselves and dispose of their food/trash to keep our common areas clean.

General Use of Space
Dancers will be asked to help with picking up any leftover trash in the dance space before their class ends. This is to ensure that we keep the space cleaned for the next dancers entering the space and for the sake of us renting from our building owners.

Cell Phones
All dancer cell phones must be on silent and stored away inside their bags. Cell phone use is not allowed during class (ONLY DURING BREAK). If you want to film, please check with your instructor first.

Respect toward Staff and Others
No one, other than the coaches and staff of ODC, is allowed to correct, critique, or handle any disputes with dancers that are not their own. If a dancer has an issue with another dancer, connect with STAFF and do not approach the dancer or dance parent. Actions such as these will not be tolerated and may result in a dancer and their parent being suspended/terminated.
Disrespect towards coaches, others in an ODC Staff Role, parents, or other dancers will not be tolerated and may result in a dancer being suspended and/or terminated.
Understand the consequences of the actions produced by either the parent or child will be enforced, and ODC has the right to refuse any, and all services to those who do not follow the guidelines to this policy.

In order to keep our prices low, Outspoken relies heavily on fundraising as it also helps pay for ODC Staff expenses to run its programs. All members are required to commit to fundraising efforts within the company. This includes participating in fundraisers and volunteering time for fundraising projects.
All Company Fundraisers (ACFs) are used to fund major purchases meant for the entire Company. “Buckets” are established at the beginning of the season to ensure necessary costs for the company can be paid for and that all programs can benefits from the proceeds. Families have voting rights (based on fees ODC deems as appropriate) to determine where those proceeds are allocated.
Families must participate in at least two (2) ACFs per dance season. Examples include:
Volunteering in a bake sale, pop-up shop, car wash, or S.T.E.P Sponsored Fundraisers)
Participating in an all-company, online/form-based fundraiser (ex. Popcorn, candles, candy, etc.)

Stipulations above do not include Company Showcases/Recitals that require all parent involvement (see Company Showcase Policy, pg. 43), or fundraisers that are offered specifically for families to raise funds for their dancer’s clothing, camps or workshops – we call these Individual Dancer Fundraiser (or IDFs).

Opt-Out Policy
Families may opt out of All Company Fundraising (ACFs) by paying a $50 fee for each ACF, unless their participation obligation has been met (check your individual program guide for more details and requirements on the fundraising policy)

Individual Dancer Fundraisers (IDFs) are optional and are not counted for parent/dancer participation

Outspoken prides itself with engaging with the community. In fact, community engagement is one of the best ways for ODC to gain exposure for the company as well as for your dancer’s program, which can bring great financial support from our supporters. Additionally, some of our ODC Partnerships require us to have our own scheduled events throughout the dance season.

This is also a special moment for the ODC Family to showcase our dancers’ talents and skills in a setting specifically made for them. We rely solely on ODC Parents to make this happen.

With that said, all parents are required to participate in the success of our scheduled events, such as the Major Winter Gala (hosted by the S.T.E.P Program) and the End of Season Summer Showcase. Volunteer roles are posted at the beginning of the season for the Winter Gala and at the beginning of January for the Summer Showcase. All volunteer roles are first come first serve, but know, EVERYONE is required to participate in these efforts.

All programs under Outspoken Dance Company runs on a monthly basis. There are no pro-rated classes for any program. All tuition is calculated based on monthly enrollment. If a dancer misses a class in the given month, the monthly tuition will remain the same. If you choose to cancel enrollment in in the middle of the month, your cancellation will take effect the following month.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted, in writing, by the 20th of the month in order to avoid a withdrawal penalty (equal to 50% of your monthly tuition.

This policy is strictly enforced as ODC plans rental payments and other obligations based on the number of students enrolled. Most obligations are scheduled early in advance, and once funds are disbursed; ODC does not get those funds back.
ODC DOES NOT Refund or pro-rate tuition! If a withdrawal request is submitted in the middle of a tuition period (mid-month) the dancer may continue all scheduled classes (including Pro-tech classes) within the same month, and then their official withdrawal date will be at the end of the same month.

PRO-TECH CLASSES – ODC WILL NOT Honor refunds or pro-rate for Pro-tech classes through AGDC. Families must contact AGDC regarding their dancer’s options for make up classes or refunds. In the event of a withdrawal; the general rule for AGDC allows dancers to finish out their classes within the month and then the class drop will happen at the end of the month, and no additional payment will be due for the upcoming month.

Being a member of any Dance Company requires commitment and communication from all parts of the organization. This includes the Company, its Parents and Students (of appropriate age). Dancers who miss classes and/or show up late frequently miss out on important fundamentals that they will require for upcoming performances, competitions and/or for their overall progression into the next level of their dance career.
ODC Staff, while firmly committed to your dancer’s growth and success, are unable to reteach lessons when students miss class. This means that your dancer may fall behind in their lessons and/or be required to sit out during a performance or competition.
As of the 2023-2024 Dance Season, Outspoken Dance Company has implemented the following policies for absences and frequent lates.
3 absences in a rolling 6-week period will require a dancer to schedule and attend a private dance lesson in order to help the student get caught up with their peers in class (requirement is at the instructor's discretion). The dancer may be benched from any upcoming performances/competitions if the requirements of a routine have not been met.
If you miss 2 consecutive classes without notice (unexcused), the dancer may be required to schedule a private session with their instructor and will be benched until a private class has been scheduled and paid for.
Being absent during a scheduled STAR Practice will require a dancer to schedule and attend a private dance lesson in order to help the student get caught up with their peers in class (requirement is at the instructor's discretion), and to be allowed to perform in the upcoming event following STAR Practice. The dancer may be benched from any upcoming performances/competitions if the requirements of a routine have not been met.

The Private Lesson Fee is $45 per occurrence (or $60 if a room must be rented) and can only be scheduled on Mondays or based on the instructor’s schedule. Each Private Lesson is 1-hour in duration. Parents are welcome to sit in the Private Class.

Dancer’s more than 25-minutes late for any given class may be asked to sit aside during rehearsal/practice. Two Lates equals 1-absence. After 3 recorded absences in a 6-week period, may require the dancer to schedule and take a private lesson (at the instructor’s discretion).
Majorette and Competition Dancers: Pro-tech classes are mandatory and are paid for through your tuition. Missing a Pro-tech class more than two (2) times in a 30-day period will require a scheduled private with the Pro-tech instructor. Fees are at the Pro-tech instructor’s discretion. Excessive Pro-tech absences may warrant ODC benching the dancer from future competitions/performances, until satisfactory attendance habits have been met.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are also available for dancers who:
Are interest in receiving extra rehearsal time
Need support with an audition (internal or external)
Who have been invited to or would like to perform a Solo at a competition or other performance (when available).

Lessons must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance. If attending a private for an audition or competition/performance (and the event or requirement for private sessions is outside of the missed classes policy, please see Private Sessions Scheduling Policy).

Outspoken Dance Company offers Private Dance Sessions for all Dancers whether they are current ODC members or external dancers that need our services. Services include – preparing choreography for an audition, competition or other event, majorette try-outs and other Jazz Private support.
Current ODC Members who have been awarded or granted a solo routine for a competition or other event, must schedule private sessions to work with their instructor on their routine. The same goes for dancers who have been awarded/granted a duet or trio routine (see fees below)
Solo Private Session: $45/ 1 hr. session
Duet Session (2 dancers): $65 / 1 hr. session
Trio Session (3 dancers): $150 / 2 hr. session
**Add $25/hr. if a room has to be rented
**External members add $10 to base price

ODC FLEX Payment Plans:
ODC Now offers Flex Payment Plans for the upcoming 2023-2024 Dance Season. Families can request an INSTALLMENT PLAN for upcoming expenses, such as Clothing fees, Company fees, and select camps and workshops. If you are experiencing a HARDSHIP, you can request a HARDSHIP PAYMENT PLAN as well. *restrictions apply.

INSTALLMENT PLANS
Provides TWO INSTALLMENT OPTIONS (two or four) and requires an upfront down payment equal to 30 or 50%* + a $20 administrative fee. Down Payment is determined based on the type of fee(s) and the total amount of all fees being added to the plan. This option is for accounts that are current, ONLY.

HARDSHIP PAYMENT PLAN
This plan is for families with a past due or delinquent account or foresee a potential hardship in the
near future that prevents them from making their tuition payments on time.

A Hardship payment plan is a courtesy of Outspoken, however not all Hardship Plans will be approved.
The minimum downpayment of 30% of the balance is required before your Hardship Request can be approved.
Hardship Requests DO NOT stop your regular upcoming tuition payments. You will still be required to make your regular automatic payments on the 25th of every month preceding the upcoming month to avoid going further delinquent.
You will be asked to describe your hardship in detail so we can determine the best way to help you. Additional information may be needed.

ODC Reserves the right to deny any family a Hardship Payment Plan if we determine a reason to do so. This could include reviewing your overall payment history and reputation with the company to make payments on time, past promises or failed payment plans, or our overall confidence that you will uphold your end of the agreement.

Additional Fees and Expectations
All payment plans require at least a 30% down payment (50% max**) to ensure your commitment to make your payments on time. Down Payments can be withdrawn up to 10-days upon the approval of a FLEX PLAN Agreement.

Additionally, ALL PAYMENT PLANS require a $20 administrative fee to set up a payment plan with the option of you making that payment upfront or at a later date.

Not all payment plan requests will be honored. Families that fail to keep their payment plan agreements may be denied future payment plans or Hardship plans at the discretion of ODC Staff.

Example: If an account is charged a fee (from one of the fee categories listed above) ODC will charge your payment account for tuition and the total fees incurred from the month prior, on your next due date.

Because of the growing popularity of social media and the corresponding increase in potential issues surrounding its use, please see our guidelines below:
The main aim of our photography, video and social media policy is to keep everyone within the Dance Company safe and within the law. Our policy is divided into three separate sections directed at staff, parents/guardians and dancers. See the following pages for each categorical requirement.

For staff, requirements include:
Not accepting friend requests from current pupils, or ex-pupils under the age of 13
Notifying the parents/guardians if a child sends a friend request
Using extreme caution when corresponding with parents/guardians via social media, and preferably using a school email address instead
Not discussing anything to do with school, pupils or other staff members, or posting photos of school events
Only posting things that they would be happy to be attributed to them as a teaching professional
Using the tightest privacy settings possible
Be respectful, polite and patient, when engaging in conversations on our company’s behalf. They should be extra careful when making declarations or promises towards customers and stakeholders.
Avoid speaking on matters outside their field of expertise when possible. Everyone should be careful not to answer questions or make statements that fall under somebody else’s responsibility

For parents/guardians, requirements include:
Not posting photos, videos or comments that include other children at the school
Raising queries, concerns and complaints directly with the school rather than posting them on social media – whether on their own pages, in closed groups (e.g. groups set up for school parents to communicate with each other) or on the school's pages
Not posting anything malicious about the school or any member of the school community

Children are required to:
Not join any social networking sites if they are below the permitted age (13 for most sites including Facebook and Instagram)
Ask permission from parents/guardians to join any of our social media groups.
Not make inappropriate comments (including in private messages) about the school, teachers or other children
Not posting photos, videos or comments that include other children at the school

When a dancer joins our Company, parents/guardians must complete the registration via DSP which includes a separate, electronic photography, video, and social media waiver. All parents.guadians must complete this waiver. Any changes to consent must be put in writing to help.outspokendance@gmail.com.
We sometimes use videos and photographs as teaching aids, and for use in our printed and online publicity. We will not name or tag any child in a photograph unless permission is granted at the time of publication or posting. You (the parent/guardian) have the right to ask for any images to be removed at any point by contacting the office. Dancers over 13 may request for an image to be taken down off social media by emailing help.outspokendance@gmail.com.
Any images or videos used with prior permission on our website will require 3 months’ notice to be removed. As per our consent form - by allowing us to take any images you grant the Outspoken Dance Company full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the Company’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
Photos and Videos that are taken of your dancer will be used for promotional purposes on Instagram, Facebook, flyers, and other social media sites in connection with ODC, as well as auditions and classes for the dance instructor to study and place the dancer in their correct dance class. Please let your dance teacher know immediately if you would like to make any changes regarding this policy and your dancer. 

Processing, late, and declined fees: If for any reason my payment is declined during processing, I understand that I am responsible for the following fees at which point they are applied:

$15 late fee – after 5 days of non-payment + $5 additional every five days the payment has not been made (not to exceed $30 total)
$25 Penalty for INVALID CARD CODES (AUTO-PAY)
$30 for ACH (checking/savings) transactions that are returned as non-sufficient funds
$30 for debit/credit card transactions that have been declined after the 3rd attempt/per transaction.

ODC DOES NOT REFUND TUITION! If a withdrawal request is submitted in the middle of a tuition period (mid-month) the dancer may continue all scheduled classes (including Pro-tech classes) within the same month, and then their official withdrawal date will be at the end of the same month.

REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Clothing that has not been warn and is within the parameters of the 3rd party company’s return policy.
Workshops/Camps when the dancer did not attend and the request for refund is before the due date that ODC has established on the Company’s Season Fee Schedule.

If a refund is requested within 5-days AFTER the scheduled due date on ODC’s Fee Schedule, Outspoken will honor a refund of 50% of the amount paid. After 5-days, a refund will not be granted.

Workshops/Camps if ODC cancels the event (this does not include rescheduling the event – the event must be canceled).
Fees charged in error by either an ODC Staff Member or a system owned and operated by Outspoken Dance Company (example: Dance Studio Portal).

If an Instructor cancels 3-consecutive classes – a pro-rated credit will be added to the dancer’s account.

ODC DOES NOT Refund tuition! If a withdrawal request is submitted in the middle of a tuition period (mid-month) the dancer may continue all scheduled classes (including Pro-tech classes) within the same month, and then their official withdrawal date will be at the end of the same month.

Refunds are available for the following:

Clothing that has not been worn and is within the parameters of the 3rd party company’s return policy. If the 3rd party does not provide refunds, we will work with you to make an exchange through the 3rd party. We also encourage you to try selling back your outfit to a family that needs the item or take the item to a dance consignment shop to receive the best possible offer for the clothing item.

Workshops/Camps are refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

When the dancer did not attend and the request for refund is before the due date that ODC has established on the Company’s Season Fee Schedule.

If a refund is requested within 5-days AFTER the scheduled due date on ODC’s Fee Schedule, Outspoken will honor a refund of 50% of the amount paid. After 5-days, a refund will not be granted.
If ODC cancels the event (this does not include rescheduling the event – the event must be canceled with no reschedule date).

Fees charged in error by either an ODC Staff Member or a system owned and operated by Outspoken Dance Company (example: Dance Studio Portal).

In the event that ODC cannot meet the 75%-time allotment in the same tuition month, ODC will provide a pro-rated credit to the accounts of impacted programs.

I have been made aware of the risks and hazards associated with the sport of dance, (including turns, conditioning and strength training, and majorette stunts). Students may suffer injuries, possibly minor, serious, or catastrophic in nature, and/or including death. Parents will make their children aware of the possibility of injury and encourage their children to follow all safety rules and coach instructions. The Outspoken Dance Company Staff will not accept responsibility for injuries sustained by any student through the course of instruction in dance (including turns, conditioning and strength training, and stunts, competitions, special events, camps/clinics, transportation and all other activities).

Appropriate measures must be taken in order to discontinue/withdraw from company or open classes, or to completely be removed from ODC. To withdraw from company and/or open classes, a parent or guardian must:
1. Inform and meet with ODC’s staff in person prior to their next billing day.
2. Complete and submit a program withdrawal form provided by the studio (both parent/guardian and authorized ODC staff must acknowledge the form.
3. Pay all outstanding dues/fees within 3-days of your completed and signed withdrawal form.

*No refunds will be given upon withdrawal unless otherwise determined by ODC Staff.
