Enrollment-
By Completing your online Studio Registration you are committing to a Semester of Dance Classes. Tuition will be Auto drafted each month for the entirety of that Semester.
Fall Semester : August -December
Spring Semester : January- May

Registration Fee-
Each student is required to pay a registration fee each year. This registration covers both fall and spring semesters. If a student drops out of class they will be charged another registration fee upon future enrollment.

Tuition-
When Registering for Class Auto Pay is required. Tuition will be auto drafted on the 7th of each month. If tuition is past due there will be a $10 late fee applied.

Recital Fee-
Our Spring Recital is held each May. A Recital fee will be due by March 15th.
Single student family $35
Multiple student family $45

Recital Costumes-
Children Sizes $75 Adult Sizes $95
All costume fees are due by February 15th. We do have payment plans for students with multiple costumes

Holidays-
Monthly tuition remains the same for all months. Make up days are always available
Make-Up Classes-
If you are unable to attend your regularly scheduled class, a make-up class is available. Please ask your teacher and make arrangements on which class would be the most fitting.

Team-
Each team member may have up to two excused absences each semester. If a team member misses more than the allotted absences, they may be asked to step down as a team member for the next semester.

Private Lessons-
Private Lessons are available in all styles.

By accepting this agreement you are agreeing to the above statements and fees.

Tuition for the dance school year—August through May—is based upon how many classes a student participates in.Our Tuition rates are based on a SEMESTER OF DANCE split into monthly payments. When registering for dance classes you are committing to the FULL SEMESTER (Fall Aug- Dec, Spring Jan- May). Tuition will be auto drafted each month for the FULL SEMESTER. If a Students need to adjust classes or drop mid semester the full amount of the semester must be PAID IN FULL.

We encourage all students to keep a safe distance between themselves during dance class.
We remain focused on maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitization standards to help our students remain safe during this season of dance. We ask that all Parents/ Students continue to comply with the following:

1) Wash Hands Often
2) The Studio will remain closed to Students & Staff only for Social Distancing Purpose
3) Parents may attend / view the first class of each month as long as Space is available on the viewing bench.(no observers on the dance floor)
4) If you or anyone in your home is sick please STAY HOME (make up classes are available)

VPAA is committed to providing quality dance education in a safe and positive environment. We develop self-confidence, self-discipline, sportsmanship, enthusiasm and dedication through a level of teaching that challenges and inspires students. VPAA incorporates a super-charged level of fun, high-energy dance moves while recognizing the importance of technique progression.

Tuition & Payment Terms -
Tuition for the dance school year—August through May—is based upon how many classes a student participates in. Reduced rates are available for families for the number of classes attended each month. Tuition is due by the first class of each month and late after the 10th!
-  Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
-   A $10 late fee will be charged on all accounts not paid by the 10th of each month. 
-  NSF check charge: $35.00 
-  Make-up classes may be taken in an alternate class of the same level or lower level in which the student is enrolled. If a class is not available it is the parents’ responsibility to schedule a make-up class with the teacher. 
-  Weather cancellations are listed on Facebook; classes cancelled will be made-up by another class or extension of time in the assigned class. 
-  No refunds or credits will be granted for lessons missed or dropped. 
-  Tuition always remains the same whether the month is a “long” month (5weeks) or a “short” month (3 weeks). No exceptions will be made.
-Our Tuition rates are based on a semester of dance split into monthly payments. For easy and convenient payment, monthly auto withdrawal is now required for all payments.
-  Discounted rates available for prepaid semester/year

Insurance -
Students or their responsible party (parent/guardian) must carry their own insurance, and understand that any injuries which may occur are the sole responsibility of the student. Registration forms must be filled out and turned into VPAA prior to taking any classes.

Newsletters, Messages & Notices -
Important monthly newsletters, notices, schedules, and other events/activities are always posted on the windows/doors. It is the responsibility of the students and parents to check for updates on a regular basis. Important updates are also available on Facebook and our Parent Portal.

Closures -
VPAA will be closed on Labor Day, Halloween and those scheduled holiday breaks in conjunction with Santa Rosa County School District for Thanksgiving, Christmas, President’s Day, the week of Spring Break and Memorial Day. VPAA will be open during all other holidays during the school year. Classes for the dance year will commence the week of August 8th and will run through the end of May.
