You must be 18 or over to register for an account.

Tuition is due the 1st of each month September-May. Tuition for summer classes are due by the 1st of the month June and July. A late fee of $10 dollars will be automatically billed after the 10th of each month. Lessons will be suspended for accounts 60 days past due. Tuition is non-refundable. All cash payments should be made directly to the office personnel, and marked clearly so that a receipt can be issued.

We, ______________________________, the parents/guardians of ________________________, are aware that participation in dancing is potentially dangerous and involves risk of injury. I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to injury to ligaments, muscles, tendons, bones, and other aspects of the body that may include the head, neck or spine. Due to the dangers of this activity, I understand the importance of my child’s following the teacher’s instructions regarding techniques, training, and other rules and agree that my child will obey these instructions. In consideration for allowing my child to participate in Renee's Dance Academy activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with the sport of dance, and I agree to release Renee's Dance Academy and it’s employees or agents from all liability/responsibility which may arise in connection with my child’s participation in activities at Renee's Dance Academy and/or through participation in online classes.
