There are 2 easy ways to choose tuition payments: MONTHLY OR ENTIRE SEASON PACKAGE. If you pay the package deal for the entire season, you receive a 10% discount off the rate of tuition. Please contact our office to set this up. Single classes are the $12.00 drop-in rate. Please inquire about our discounted tuition rates for family members living in the same household. No refunds will be given for missed lessons; however, students are welcome to attend “make-up” classes for lessons missed within 30 days of the missed class. The MONTHLY tuition rate is the same regardless of the varied number of weeks in a month. For the first month in a season, TUITION will be due when you enroll for the class(es). When you enroll, you will be required to set up Auto-Payments. We do this to avoid any late payments and added fees. Auto-Payments will be taken out the first of every month. Stripe and PayPal take out 2.75% of the sales. If there is a situation where payment is more than 3 days late, there is a $10 late fee added to the account. We do not issue refunds. If you drop a class, please give us 15 days notice to fix your account. Thank you!

INFORMED CONSENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC

Enrollment in any DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC class constitutes agreement to a waiver of liability for injuries or illness contracted while a student is at the Studio:

THE STUDENT ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH) OR LOSSES THAT HE/SHE MAY SUSTAIN OR INCUR, IF ANY, WHILE ATTENDING, PRACTICING, PARTICIPATING IN, OR WITNESSING ANY DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC CLASSES OR MASTER CLASS PROGRAMS, OR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY OCCURRING IN OR ABOUT DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC PREMISES. THE STUDENT ASSUMES FULL RISK, WAIVES ALL CLAIMS AND RELEASE AND HOLDS DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC, ITS INSTRUCTORS, OR PARTNERS OF SAID PROGRAM, INDIVIDUALLY OR OTHERWISE HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES.

In consideration of (STUDENT’S) participation in and the use of DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC’s facilities, he/she hereby releases and agrees not to sue DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC, its owners, directors, offices, employees, representatives, agents, trustees and lessees from any and all present claims resulting from ordinary negligence and inherent risk of use of facilities and equipment of DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC including but not limited to any loss, injury, damage or liability sustained by him/her while on or about the premises of DANCE STUDIO B and DSB, LLC.
