You must be over 18 to register for an account.

I certify that Roots Studios is permitted to instruct my dancer (or myself, if over 18) and agree to pay the appropriate fees. I understand that if I wish to terminate my enrollment, I must notify Roots in writing by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged the following month. I understand and agree that participation in dance training carries risk of injury and do not hold Roots or any of its employees liable for any personal or bodily injury. I permit Roots to use my dancer’s likeness (pictures from class, recital, etc.) for social media and marketing purposes.
