By enrolling in classes, programs, or events at C.C.'s School of Dance Arts (CCSDA), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payments, refunds, and transaction disputes.
No Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees: All tuition, registration fees, costume fees, and other payments made to CCSDA are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to, payments made for classes, workshops, performances, and special events. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of the reason for withdrawal, absence, or dismissal.
Missed Classes: If a scholar misses a class for any reason, including illness, vacations, or other personal matters, no refunds or credits will be provided. Makeup classes may be offered at the discretion of CCSDA, but they are not guaranteed.
Transaction Disputes
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding charges or payments must be addressed directly with CCSDA management. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns you may have.
Dismissal for Disputes: In the event that a transaction dispute is initiated with a financial institution (e.g., chargebacks), the scholar(s) associated with the disputed payment will be immediately dismissed from CCSDA. Enrollment in future classes, programs, or events will not be permitted unless the dispute is resolved to the satisfaction of CCSDA management.
Waiver Agreement
By signing this waiver, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the No Refund Policy and the Transaction Dispute clause as outlined above. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all charges and payments associated with my or my child’s enrollment at C.C.'s School of Dance Arts.
