As with all forms of dance training there is a risk of injury and in participating in the dance classes, including, but not limited to any individual or group classes, intensives, or other activity organized by Rhythms Academy of Dance, the registered participant or, in case of a minor their parent(s) or guardian(s) agrees to waive and release and hold harmless Rhythms Academy of Dance or any instructors associated to the program, from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related, directly or indirectly, to the participation in this dance program.
The registered participant or, in case of a minor their parent(s) or guardian(s) also agree to allow Rhythms Academy of Dance to include on the studio’s website or in the studio’s news releases the participants image or likeness in photos taken during any of the studio’s classes, intensives, workshops, recitals or other activities organized by Rhythms Academy of Dance.
In addition, all RAOD students, their families and studio visitors agree to not hold the studio, the instructors, students, or their families responsible for any sickness or viruses contracted while participating in classes, studio events or while visiting the studio.
Lastly, the registered participant or, in case of a minor their parent(s) or guardian(s), acknowledges receiving, or will receive by the student’s first class, and reading through RAOD’s studio packet and agree to all the studio’s policies outlined therein.
