STUDENT BEHAVIOR AND DRESS CODE
Students must come to the studio dressed for class.
Please wait until your class is called before entering the studio.
Do not bring anything extra to the studio. Bring only what is needed for class. Water bottles must be labeled with student’s name.

No gum is allowed in any class. Please do not allow your children to have candy or soda before coming to class. A healthy diet ensures a healthy body.

Our studio is a positive, judgement-free zone where we do not tolerate disrespect (of staff or other students) or bullying. Any student who does not comply will be expelled from the program.

Hair should be worn up and away from the face. No loose hair is allowed in any class.

No loose jewelry may be worn.

Please adhere to our dress code. NO TANK TOPS OR SHORTS MAY BE WORN.
Ballet – Class color leotard* (list below), pink tights, ballet skirt, PINK ballet shoes. HAIR MUST BE IN A TIGHT
BUN. (Please have your daughter’s hair done before coming to the studio, even if she has another class before ballet.)

Pre-Ballet– Theatrical Pink
Ballet I – Navy Blue
Ballet II – Purple
Ballet III – Maroon
Ballet IV – Light Blue
Ballet V – Lilac
Ballet VI - Black
*Leotards and ballet skirts must be purchased from the studio. Leotards must be exact color and style. Similar
leotards purchased elsewhere are not acceptable. Please note that the colors listed may be changed before the start of the year. Purchase details to follow soon.

Jazz – BLACK jazz shoes, dance clothing (pants preferred), no skirts longer than mid-calf.
Tap – BLACK Oxford Tap shoes, no skirts longer than mid-calf.
Hip Hop – Clothing that you can move in, pants required, sneakers (worn only at the studio)
Contemporary—Clothing that you can move in, pants required.

TRIAL CLASSES

Students may sample up to two classes without fully registering at a flat $25 per session fee. If student then enrolls, payment will be credited toward full tuition.

ATTENDANCE

Regular attendance is expected. It is necessary to learn proper technique, develop self-confidence, and for the entire class to progress.

You must notify us of any student dropping classes by the 10th of the month. If we’re not notified by this time, you will be billed for the entire month (if you’re paying monthly), or you will not be credited for the remaining paid tuition for that month.

LATE DROP - OUT FEE

Students who drop out after March 15 will be charged 25% of their remaining tuition balance.

MISSED CLASSES

Students are encouraged to make up missed classes. Make-ups may be taken in a class of a lower level (if available) or in a class of a different style. Make-ups must be taken by the end of the month following the missed class. Missed classes around the time of yom tov will NOT be credited!

FOR PARENTS

Please be on time to pick up your children. In case of inclement weather, call 1 hour prior to class or check our website for updates. No parents are allowed to wait in the waiting room due to covid limits.

FUZE DANCE CONVENTION PARTICIPANTS: Applicable section is above the line.
