SKIP POLICY Participants must come to class on time and be picked up on time. I agree to pay for the monthly fee on the first class day of each month. There are NO REFUNDS for any fees paid. Registrants are responsible for their fees, even if they miss a class. WAIVER OF LIABILITY The undersigned for him/herself, executor, administrators, or assigns, agrees not to sue Children’s Productions, Inc. (SKIP Entertainment Company) for personal injuries or property damage occurring to him/herself which may arise out of any activities during the dance classes, rehearsals or performances. I further agree that my child can be photographed for news and or SKIP promotional activities. I have read and understand the SKIP Covid 19 Studio Guidelines.

SKIP POLICY re: LATE FEES and/or FINANCE CHARGES The Registered Parent acknowledges and agrees that in the event their account should have an outstanding balance, as of the 15th of the month, (no matter what reason the balance may result from) that their balance may be subject to a "Finance Charge" equal to 2% of the outstanding balance OR a $5.00 Late Fee charge, whichever is greater.
