I understand that
-There are no refunds given on registration fees.
-There are no refunds or credits given on tuition unless Studio 22 cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment or a documented illness or injury has been reported.
-Payments can be made online via the customer portal (credit card or ACH), by mailing in a check, or dropping off check or cash at the studio. For online payments, a convenience fee of 3.05% +0.30 for credit cards and 1.0% +0.20 for ACH is added.
-All returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee.
-Monthly tuition is due by the 10th of the month. (September payments are due by the first class.) Payments received after the 10th will incur a $25 late fee.
-Monthly tuition is due prior to the first class in September and then on the 1st of each month in Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., Mar., Apr., and May.
-The first semi-annual payment is due before the first class in September and by Jan. 10. Late payments will forego the discount offered.
-If account is 30 days overdue, dancers must refrain coming to class until the account is brought up to date.
-Monthly payments are for a portion of the year, not a specific month of lessons, and a space is reserved for your child in a specific class based on this schedule. Therefore, tuition payments will be charged every month regardless of whether you attend the scheduled class.
-All fees and tuition must be paid in full BEFORE recital, competition, summer camp or classes, for the dancer to be eligible to participate in the event.
-Yearly tuition is based on 32 weeks of classes. Should the season need to be extended, accounts will be charged accordingly for the extra classes.
-Students are encouraged to do makeup classes in another class for any class missed due to illness or conflict.
-Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather or emergencies will hold makeup classes after two classes have been cancelled. Students are encouraged to do makeup classes for any classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
-If conducting classes virtually, tuition payment, due dates, and attendance policy remain in effect.
-Students withdrawing from classes must do so in writing. No refunds will be given on tuition paid; students are encouraged to complete all classes paid for.
-Payments for short session classes (6-8 weeks) are due in full at the time of registration. No refunds are given for these classes unless the studio cancels it for insufficient enrollment.
Virtual Classes:
We are equipped to pivot to online virtual classes via Zoom should any unforeseen event occur that would inhibit the studio from physically opening. Such events could include but are not limited to snow days, unsafe building condition, or government mandated orders.
Costume Fees:
Students have the option to participate in our annual recital held at the end of May or the beginning of June. Each class will be assigned a professional costume ordered from a major costume company. Because costumes are made to order, they must be ordered early in the year to arrive in time for photo day. To alleviate the burden of a lump sum payment, costume fees may be spaced out over the first three months of classes. Students will be charged the costume fee ($75+tax) per class, and parents may make full or partial payments until the final due date of Nov. 10. A $10 late fee will be added to your account for any costume fee that has not been paid by Nov. 10.
Costumes must be paid for in full before one can be ordered for your dancer. Students that withdraw from classes before Nov. 10, will receive 100% refund on costume fees. Students that withdraw between Nov. 10-Dec. 10, will be refunded less a $25 restocking fee. Students who withdraw after Dec. 10 will receive their costume provided it was paid for in full; no refunds will be given.
