I give permission for my child to be used in photography and/or recordings whilst enrolled at DANCE LEGACY. These photos and videos are going to be used for promotional and documenting purposes. These images and recordings may appear in our print publications, social media, website and professional photos or DVD/Blu-ray recordings. Your consent will apply the whole time you are enrolled at DANCE LEGACY and images and videos taken with your consent may remain in existing publications after you leave DANCE LEGACY.

1. Enrolment
1.1 Parent/Guardian/Students are to enrol via our online portal.
1.2 Enrolments are completed annually if you would like to make a change to your enrolment or un-enrol at any time please notify the office in writing.
2. Tuition
2.1 All tuition is charged on a term-by-term basis and is to be settled by the due date.
2.2 Tuition and annual season registration are non-refundable.
2.3 Any accounts that are in arrears by week 2 of the term will attract a $5 per week administration charge until the account is settled.
2.4 If tuition remains outstanding by week 5 of term DANCE LEGACY may refuse entry to class until tuition has been settled.
2.5 Tuition that has not been settled by the end of term will forwarded to a debt collection agency any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the person the invoice is made to.
2.6 Payment methods are bank transfer, credit via online portal, EFT or auto-pay.
2.7 Please notify the office in writing for extended absence due to holiday/illness/injury.
2.8 Students are able to do a make-up lesson in any style if they missed a class due to illness, school camp or holiday. Please contact the office to book.
3. Conduct
3.1 Parent/Guardian and students should demonstrate respect for teachers, staff and other students and parents/guardians at all times.
3.2 Bulling and harassment of any kind towards staff, parent/guardian or students will not be tolerated (including slander on social media)
3.3 Parents/Guardians are not to enter the studio unless it is to support a new student to enter class or our DL babies class.
3.4 All teachers have current First Aid, WWCC’s and are educated in Child Safe Standards.
3.5 All care according to the “Code of Ethics of Dance Teachers” will be taken by the school, however, the school accepts no responsibility for injury or loss to person or property, howsoever caused and without limiting the generality of the foregoing damage or injury resulting from or caused by any negligence of the Principal, instructors or other employees of the said “DANCE LEGACY”.
3.6 Students are the responsibility of the studio during class times only. Before/after they are the responsibility of their parents/guardian
3.7 It is a student/parent/guardian’s responsibility to advise teachers of any pre-existing injuries or illnesses.
