Payment Policy: Our dance classes are designed as a year round program and run for 4 x 10 week terms (40 weeks per year). For enrolled students, dance fees are payed fortnightly via our 'Ezy-debt' auto-payment system for enrolled students. There are 5 fortnightly payments per term as follows: Payment #1 Monday of week 1 Payment #2 Monday of week 3 Payment #3 Monday of week 5 Payment #4 Monday of week 7 Payment #5 Monday of week 9 It is presumed that a student is enrolled for the year & their classes will therefore be carried across into subsequent terms unless we are otherwise notified. Please notify us in writing at info@demijeandance.com if you decide to make changes to your enrollment or to withdraw from classes. We require 2 weeks notice from the date you wish to make changed to your enrollment or withdraw from a class. Media Agreement: I agree for my child to be in pictures & videos taken by DJD staff & production partners and know that these may possibly be used on their social media accounts and advertising. If you DO NOT wish for your child to be featured in public photo's (on our socials, website or in advertising) please select 'opt-out of public photos' in the Wavers section in the portal. Please tick below to indicate you have read this condition. Liability Agreement: As dance is a physical activity, a risk of personal injury is involved. While DJD takes all reasonable care & precaution in the conduct of it's classes to prevent accidents & injury, it accepts no responsibility for injury or damages that occur in relation to it's dance classes. I am aware that DJD dance teachers may need to touch children in order to correct their alignment and technique.
