I, the parent and/or guardian of a minor at GENERATIONS DANCE COMPANY LLC upon clicking " I AGREE" accept and understand all policies on our STUDIO PARENT/GUARDIAN RELEASE FORM (found on our website under GDC FORMS), all policies in relationship to our COVID-19 GUIDELINES (found on our website under GDC FORMS) and agree to all policies in regards to payments, late fees, tuition installments and registration fees.

- Tuition Installments are due by the 1st of each month.
- A $30 late fee will be charged to your account if payment is not paid in full by the 10th of each month.
- A $25 registration fee is required at the time of registering. This fee covers one full year at GDC. NON REFUNDABLE
- FALL SESSIONS, first and last month tuition installments + registration fee due at the time of registration.
- SUMMER SESSIONS, due in full. (9 week program)
