How to enrol in a class with us: 1. Please fill in all your details and your child's details correctly and make sure your emergency contact is someone other than yourself. 2. Read and accept our terms and conditions. After you have submitted your online registration you will be sent a confirmation of enrolment. Kindly check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAYMENT OF FEES There are four (4) terms in each year and term fees are payable by term not by class. There are no refunds/ credits for missed classes, discontinuing once a term has commenced or for lessons that fall on a public holiday. Fees must be paid in full by the due date. If fees have not been finalised two (2) weeks past due date, a late fee of $30 will be added. Term fees owing must be finalised BEFORE the student commences the new term. Non payment of Term Fees means a student will not be permitted to continue classes. Fees can be paid online via credit card, bank transfer or cash in a clearly marked envelope. Payment plans can be put in place for families who are experiencing financial hardship at the discretion of Miss Shannon. ACTIVE KIDS/CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER-SERVICE NSW Miss Shannon's Dance Stream is an approved and registered business to accept Active/ Creative Kids Vouchers from Service NSW. These vouchers can be used for only the student whose name is on the voucher and is non- refundable and non-transferable. As per the guidelines from Service NSW, it must be used towards a minimum 8-week course (one voucher per course) and must be redeemed and spent before the expiry date on the voucher. Vouchers must be presented to miss Shannon at the start of each term (by the specified due date) to ensure invoices can be deducted accordingly. PUBLICATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Photographs / videos taken during class/ performances may be used for the purpose of educating students or promoting Miss Shannon's Dance Stream. By submitting this form, you agree to the following: Miss Shannon's Dance Stream is able to publish visual and audio-visual recording of students in class and rehearsals for the school's marketing and publicity materials, website and social media. SAFETY AND SUPERVISION Miss Shannon and her staff are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment in which your child can best learn. However, it must be stated that your child participates in dance classes at their own risk. Dance is likened to sport and, although rare, injury can occur. Miss Shannon's Dance Stream will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss that may occur to your child during dance class. Staff are only responsible for students during the set class time. Should at any time staff consider that a child requires medical treatment, Miss Shannon's Dance Stream will obtain some at the parent/guardian's expense.
