Class Bookings
▪ Please choose your classes carefully as all bookings are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made, you will be booked into the class, workshop or event specified.
▪ An administrative fee of SGD 20.00 will be levied for any class changes requested within the same term, both for changes to a different level of class difficulty, or changes to a different date/time within the same level of class difficulty.
Private Studio Bookings
Full payment must be made at least one week in advance of the booking date. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations.
Refunds
Students unable to attend their booked classes, workshops or events for valid medical reasons should contact hello@studiostarfire.com before their booking starts, and provide a copy of their medical certificate as evidence. The Studio reserves the right to provide a refund or partial refund for any fees paid in their sole discretion.
