Class Bookings: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once paid, you are booked into the specified class, workshop, or event. A SGD 20.00 fee applies for any changes within the same term, whether changing class level or date/time. Private Studio Bookings: Full payment is required at least one week in advance. No refunds for cancellations. Refunds: For valid medical reasons, contact hello@studiostarfire.com with a valid medical certificate before your booking starts. Refunds are at the studio’s discretion.
