All Term Fee Statements are made through the Parent Portal. Other types of communication will be sent via email. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date with our studio information. - 2023 student enrolment fees are $35.00 - 1 student, $65 - 2 students and $90 - 3 students (non- refundable). - All fees are paid via the Parent Portal per term in advance and are non-refundable. Invoices 14 days overdue will incur a late fee of $25. If fees remain unpaid 30 days past the due date, a further $50 collection fee will be applied. At this stage, students will not be permitted to participate in their lessons until the overdue invoice is paid in full. - Creative & Active Kids Vouchers will only be accepted at the beginning of each term, no later than the end of week 1. Please send through your child's D.O.B. and voucher number when applying. - Classes & levels are subject to the teacher’s discretion regarding the child’s ability and class sizes. - All studio students and parents/guardians will be held to the highest standards of conduct. Communicating negatively about anyone in or outside our studio will not be tolerated. Members must show respect to all CGDS staff. Any student or parent/guardian who exhibits repeated negative or disrespectful behaviour will be asked to leave the studio. CGDS dancers and parents/guardians are always respectful, supportive, encouraging and positive. - All students must wear appropriate dancewear to every class. Forgetting dancewear, shoes, proper hair and/or inappropriate clothing is unacceptable. We ask you to remind your child(ren) to treat “their studio†with respect & caution. Please be aware that you will be liable for any expenses to repair studio damage caused by your child(ren). Don’t forget to have fun!
