I understand that PASCP and its related entities are not responsible for providing care for students before or after classes or lessons. Parents of Step 1 through Step 3 students must remain in the building during their child’s activity.
Social distancing and sanitation policies per Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and Pennsylvania Recreational Park Services (PRPS): All doors and windows will remain open to allow for air ventilation and flow throughout the building. Dancers are asked to show up at the studio fully dressed and prepared for class. Bathrooms will only be used as bathrooms and not changing rooms. Paper towels will be available for use after washing hands. Dancers are asked to bring their own water and we ask that they do not use the water fountain. Parents are asked to drop and pick up their dancer from their cars, as parents will not be permitted in the building to keep our indoor population to a minimum. There will be hand sanitizer available upon entry to the building, throughout class, after use of the bathroom, and again as dancers exit the building. There will be no storage of food or drink in the refrigerators. All surfaces that are touched are to be wiped down before, during and after classes with disinfecting wipes/spray. If for any reason a student or employee contracts the virus we do not hold PASCP liable.
I am aware that dance training and athletic exercises associated with it place unusual stress on the body and carry the risk of physical injury. On behalf of my child and myself (and no longer a minor, on my behalf), I assume the risk and agree that Performing Arts School of Central Pennsylvania shall not be liable in any way for injures sustained during attendance at the ballet school or any of its related functions. I also understand that good ballet training involves touching and adjustment of the students body by the instructor.
I hear by authorize PASCP and its related entities to record the student’s picture and voice on photographs, film, and tapes, and to edit these recordings at its discretion, and to incorporate these recordings into movie and sound films on tapes, radio, or television broadcast programs. I also give my permission for PASCP and its related entities to use or license others to use these materials for publicity, advertising, marketing, and sales promotion. Permission is also granted for the school to copyright such photographs in the school’s name. I understand that students’ names will not be used without further parent authorization. I acknowledge that no promises of compensation were made by PASCP for such use.
