Payment Policy
I/ we hereby acknowledge that I/ we are responsible for all accounts issued to us as customers of All Star Dance & performance
All lesson fees are term accounts and no rebates or make-up lessons will be offered unless the class has been cancelled or there is an interruption to the class that has been caused by All Star Dance & Performance. There will be no rebates for classes missed due to holidays, injuries, school camps, sickness or other sporting or family commitments. A credit to your All Star Dance & Performance account may be offered, at the discretion of All Star Dance & Performance and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
All families are required to sign up to Autopay/Ezidebit when enrolling. To avoid your fees being deducted from your Autopay/Ezidebit account you need to pay your account by the due dates using one of these other methods, payment at Reception by cash, card, or via bank deposit before the due date of your account. Is AutoPay/Ezidebit compulsory for 2024?
Yes, Auto Pay is compulsory for all students for 2024.
Are there alternate payment methods?
Yes, you can still make payments at Reception by cash, card, or via bank deposit before the due date of your account. If your account balance is $0.00 on the due date, Auto Pay won't deduct any funds from your nominated card.
Can I choose AutoPay/Ezidebit deduction dates?
Yes, you can choose weekly, fortnightly or over 3 payments on the 1st of each Month. You will be responsible for advising the admin how you want your payments setup. If we do not hear from you the full amount will be deducted on the due date.
Annual enrollment fee per student is non-refundable.
Please check your account and what you are paying for BEFORE you pay your account as All Star Dance & Performance will NOT provide refunds for any reason even in the event your child decides they do not want to continue.
Please be reminded that only with the fulfilment of financial commitments by everybody, can All Star continue to provide first class tuition for all students
Due to insurance constraints full fees for 2024 will be due on or before the first class your child takes, this will be rigidly enforced.
Any student non-financial before classes commence will not be permitted to enter the class.
We regret that we cannot take money on a weekly basis for any class.
It is presumed that the student has enrolled for the year and their classes will therefore carry across into subsequent terms unless we are otherwise notified.
Any course commenced must be taken until the end of term, as no refund will be credited if students pull out mid term.
Failure to pay fees will result in the loss of the enrolment position and legal action. You will also be responsible for any costs associated with collections.
Credit for cancelled classes will be deducted off the next term fees.
Any extra classes added throughout the year will be charged accordingly.
Please note it is All Star Dance policy NOT to refund or defer any fees at any time for any reason
Accounts will be emailed prior to the commencement of term, to enable prompt payment.
All Star Dance & Performance reserves the right to change class teachers, or provide a substitute teacher when regular teachers are not available.
If a customer has an outstanding account, All Star Dance & Performance reserves the right to exclude the student from participating in class, withhold costumes, refuse the sale of uniforms, and prevent entry into gradings, competitions, camps and performances. Private lessons will not be supplied to students with outstanding accounts.
REFUNDS/CREDITS - In the event of an unforeseen or Global occurrence out of All Star Dance Studio’s control and classes cannot occur, there will not be any refunds or credits given. Eg: A global pandemic such as COVID19 or a power failure in the area etc… All Star will offer an alternative like Zoom or a make up class whichever is most appropriate.
