**Deposit[Love and Loyalty-Default]:** At checkout, we will collect a $99 deposit along with the membership fee. This is separate from your tuition fee. The deposit will be applied to your June 2025 classes. If you cancel your membership before the season ends (subject to terms), the deposit will be applied at that time. Tuition fees are described down below under “payment terms”,

**Deposit: [Positive flex]: if you choose to do a positive flex, no deposit is required, only your monthly tuition,

- **Mid-Month Enrolment:** Your tuition will be charged manually to your account and will depend on how many classes are left in the billing cycle. We will charge tuition within 48 hours of registering, and will contact you first.

- **Monthly Payment Cycle:** From September 2024 to June 2025, your monthly cost remains the same regardless of the number of classes. The total season cost is divided into 10 equal payments, with instalments billed on the 20th of each month.


- **Rejoining Within a Season:** If you withdraw, you will lose your spot in class. Should you rejoin within the same season, the membership fee will be charged again.

- **Membership Type:** By default, registration is for the Loyalty membership. To switch to a Flex membership, please register online and email us within 30 days of your membership start date to make the change. Your membership start date is the date of your first scheduled class.

- **Payment Policies:** Punch cards, special events, camps, and birthday parties require full payment upfront. All program prices are subject to GST.

- **Re-enrollment:** You'll automatically be re-enrolled for the next season, with the option to opt out without penalty. Our regular season runs from September to June, with a separate summer program.

- **Happiness Guarantee:** If you're not satisfied with the program, let us know within the first 30 days, and we'll withdraw you with no penalty.

By signing this waiver, I confirm that my child is in good health and will undergo a daily health screening. If my child exhibits symptoms such as nasal congestion, cough, loss of taste or smell, runny nose, shortness of breath, headache, or fever (unrelated to pre-existing conditions like asthma or allergies), I will notify Tracy Frimpong (owner, Luna P.L.A.Y Kids) immediately and refrain from sending my child to class.

I understand that participation in in-person activities carries risks, and I assume all responsibility for the decision to send my child. I release Luna P.L.A.Y Kids, its owner, and staff from all liability related to any illness contracted (including COVID-19) or injuries sustained during any activities or programs.

This agreement releases Luna P.L.A.Y Kids from all liability for injuries that may occur during activities, regardless of negligence. I acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activities, including minor and major injuries. By signing below, I waive all rights to legal action against Luna P.L.A.Y Kids and agree to the terms and conditions outlined.

Our System defaults to the **Love & Loyalty Membership**. You have 30 days from first scheduled class to make any membership changes by emailing us.

- **Commitment:** Monthly plan for families committing to the 10-month season (Sept 2024 - June 2025).
- **Cost:** $99 per month, per child, per class (45-60 mins).
- **Membership Fee:** $50 (single), $75 (family).
- **Note:** If you join after September, you’ll commit to the rest of the season.
Tuition is billed to account on file every month on the 20th, and automatically billed with card on file. Any payments not received by the 1st will incur a $15 late fee.

### **Positive Flex Membership**
- **Commitment:** Monthly plan for families needing more flexibility.
- **Cost:** $119 per month, per child, per class (45-60 mins).
- **Ninja Club:** Additional $40/month for the 2-hour program.
- **Membership Fee:** $50 (single), $75 (family).
- **Switching:** Register normally, then email us to switch to this option.
