The Music Nest Terms of Agreement for Purchase of Arts Education and Engagement The Music Nest, LLC., the Seller and the Buyer, agree on this date to the following terms: Seller will provide to Buyer: Classes pertaining to contract, on a weekly basis as scheduled. Payment Buyer’s CC (Key/Stored) will be charged monthly payment(s). Enrollment Fee Buyer agrees to a $10 registration fee per student for the full school year. Registration fee may be waived during Priority Enrollment Periods and by the special offers. Missed Classes Enrolled students may join their scheduled class in-person or virtually (streamed via Zoom) and/or join the class on a different day by joining virtually only. The ability to make up missed classes does not expire, as long as Buyer is currently enrolled in classes offered by Seller. The Seller will provide personalized Zoom link to join the class. Student’s sibling can use a make-up belonging to the student. Non-sibling guest of student is not eligible to use student's make-up(s) and must pay class rate. Seller’s Obligations Until received by buyer, all risk of loss to the above-described services and material is borne by Seller. Sller warrants that the goods and educational services are free from defects, and offers to all Buyers a 100% Happiness Guarantee, whereby if the Buyer is not satisfied after attempting to rectify with Seller perceived shortcomings in their experience, the remaining unused portion of the Service will be reimbursed. Any material products provided will remain the property of the Buyer and will not be reimbursed, unless there is a defect, in which case an appropriate replacement of equal or greater value will be offered. Buyer gives Seller permission to email class-related information and announcements. Seller agrees that Buyer’s personal information will not be released to any third party, and is for the exclusive use of communication from The Music Nest. Buyer gives permission to use photographs or video of their self or their child taken at The Music Nest classes or special events. Seller agrees to not use names without Buyer’s permission. With this enrollment, Buyer releases any and all rights and claims for damages against The Music Nest and its Staff in the unlikely event of injury sustained by their self or their child(ren) during the course of or as a result of Buyer’s enrollment at The Music Nest.
