GENERAL PROGRAM FEES: -General program tuition is an annual fee divided into 10 equal monthly payments; which are due on the 1st day of each month. Payments can be made through the parent portal via credit card. There will be an automatic late payment penalty of $25.00 if fees are not received by the 1st day of the month that they are due. (Festival, Exams & Costume Rental Fees will be extra to the general tuition fees.) -A 2% discount is applied if annual tuition fees are paid in full in September. If you would like to take advantage of this please contact the office before "checking out" online and we will manually update your tuition to reflect this discount. -A non-refundable registration fee of $45.00 per student ($20.00 for each additional family member) and a non-refundable videography/show link fee of $22.00 per student is due and payable at time of registration. -A costume service fee of $25.00 per class for the June Show is due and payable at time of registration (this will show up as a registration fee). If your class will be performing in the February Show you will be advised and the $25.00 costume service fee per class will be added to your account for payment. There will be no refunds after October 1st. -At the time of registration, you are asked to commit a small number of volunteer hours to RNB Dance to help with the many tasks associated with the school. RNB prides itself on its competitive fees, but as a non-profit organization its success depends on parent volunteers. The volunteer commitment from each family is a minimum of 3 hours per school year. The number of hours are not pro-rated based on which month you join RNB. If your volunteer commitment is not met you will be charged a $200.00 fee July 1st. If you would like to waive your volunteer commitment entirely you may pay the $200.00 fee, please contact info@rnbdance.ca to arrange this. ***RNB reserves the right to change or cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Schedules may be changed if necessary without notice.
I authorize RNB Dance & Theatre Arts Society under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation/Electronic Commerce Protection Regulations to communicate electronically RNB Dance & Theatre Arts newsletters, weekly updates, promotions & services. You can withdraw your consent at anytime.
I, on my behalf and on behalf of my child/ward give permission to RNB Dance & Theatre Arts to photograph and/or videotape my child/ward at photo day and all RNB performances. I, on my behalf and on behalf of my child/ward assign and transfer to RNB any and all rights, including copyright, which I may have or my child/ward may have in this material.
At no time will dancers 12yrs and under be allowed to leave the theatre without a parent being present. By signing this waiver I give permission for my child aged 13yrs and older to leave the theatre at the appropriate times (laid out by the Artistic Director). I understand they are no longer with chaperones from RNB and that RNB is not responsible for their supervision.

GENERAL PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY - A mandatory 1 month notice to withdraw from general classes must be submitted via e-mail to info@rnbdance.ca. If this notice is not received RNB will continue to charge for dance classes. Withdrawal due to injury must be accompanied by a doctor note stating the student can no longer attend dance due to medical reasons. SUMMER PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY - Withdrawal must be made 4 weeks (or more) prior to the beginning of the camp. Refunds within 4 weeks of commencement of camp will only be granted with a doctor note. An administration fee of $50 will be charged for all Summer Program withdrawals. You will be provided with a "Notice of Cancellation", should it be necessary, 4 weeks in advance of the Summer Camp if RNB does not have sufficient registration.
