The undersigned does hereby and forever discharge "Academy of Ballet Inc.", "Academy Performing Ensemble Inc. " and its directors and staff of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersigned's property or personal injury or COVID-19-related illness which may occur while participating in any activity related to this event. Additionally, the undersigned grants permission for "Academy of Ballet Inc." and "Academy Performing Ensemble Inc." to use any photos taken during the dance program for publicity, social media, or on "Academy of Ballet Inc." or "Academy Performing Ensemble Inc." website and materials. No names will be used, and no compensation will be given.
