Term prices are per term based on a 10 week term, with a pro-rata adjustment where the term is shorter or longer. The fees list is available from the website. Please note that some class prices have changed from last year with inflation and rise of cost of living Multi-student and multi-class discount is 7% All public holidays have been accounted for in our fee system and curriculum First trial class in any genre is free. A nonrefundable registration fee of $15 will be charged upon enrolment. Dance is considered a year long commitment (unlike seasonal sporting activities). Our curriculum is planned to be carried out over a period of a year, and disruptions to this make it difficult for us to teach to our high standards. Enrolments for classes are rolled over each term unless notice of withdrawal is given. Please give us at least three weeks notice if your child wishes to withdraw from any of our programs to allow us to adjust our programs/routines. Previous enrolments do not carry over into the next year. If a student is removed from a class before payment is made, the invoice is cancelled but you will be asked to pay for all classes attended and no discounts will be applied Term fees need to be cleared every term for re-enrolment into the next term. Term 1 fees and any previous overdue fees from 2023 are due before the end of Term 1 (12 March 2024). From Term 2 fees will need to be made in advance before the commencement of the Term 29 April 2024. Please contact us if you need to arrange a payment plan or if a difficulty arises. Students with outstanding fees may be excluded from concerts and exams. Continuous non payment of fees will result in outstanding fees being recovered from an external debt collection service and costs will be on charged. Exam fees are additional to term fees and must be paid with enrolment into exams. Students will not be entered into their exam until payment is received. All syllabus classes are taught with the intention of all students sitting exams, however students will be entered into exams at the discretion of both their teacher and parents. Exams require a high level of commitment, sometimes with extra practices necessary including attendance of weekly classes as well as Mock Exams. Students may be withdrawn from their final exam if they do not have a sufficient attendance rate at the discretion of their teacher. For students sitting exams or with less classes per term due to public holidays, extra classes can be arranged. For private lesson costs text 0274310741 or email info@vividrhythmdance.co.nz Students will be sitting exams in June-August (Dates TBC). If you know you will be away during this time please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you. Exam fees are non-refundable unless student has a medical certificate - exams are handled by a third party. Costumes for our main school performance are also an additional fee. $15 is charged for the first costume and subsequent costumes are $10 each, with a maximum of $35 being charged.
