You must be over 18 to register for an account.

Payment fees and dates must be strictly adhered to. Monthly tuition fees are due on the first of every month. Payments must be made by Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT) or postdated cheque. Cash payments can also be made directly in the office during regular office hours. Payments can be made directly on the portal or by enrolling in auto-pay.

Costume deposits are non-refundable for any dancers - recreational, part time competitive or full time competitive.

Non-payment of fees by the posted dates will result in a late fee of $15.00 for each late payment. Any cheque returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 NSF fee, plus any bank charges over and above this amount.

Please be advised that once your payment has been received, that payment is non-refundable. In the case of a studio closure/shutdown, the remainder of the lessons for that month will be delivered VIA virtual instruction.

We understand that participation in dance activities present a risk of injury to the participant. We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Elite Dance Force, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and persons teaching our/my child and transporting our/my child to and from activities, as well as all owners and co-ordinators of facilities and locations where my child participates in activities associated with Elite Dance Force, from any claim arising out of any injury to our/my child, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.

We understand that Elite Dance Force has implemented measures to protect against the transmission of COVID-19 and that we are expected to follow their policies and health guidelines as mandated from time to time. Notwithstanding measures, practices and policies of Elite Dance Force a risk of transmission of COVID-19 remains possible.
