You must be over 18 to register for an account.

A student is not considered registered or able to attend class until this fee has been paid. Online registration requires full registration information and your acceptance by electronic signature of studio policies and hold harmless agreement.
Registration for new and returning members is easy via our Parent Portal enrollment link. This can be found on our website at coredancealliance.com. The annual registration fee is charged in August to every dancer's account and nonrefundable.

If a student needs to withdraw from a class, the requirement is to give a written notice 30 days prior to the 1st of the following month. If the notice is not given 30 days prior to the next due date, tuition will continue to accumulate until withdrawal notice has been given via email. The account will be drafted and there will be no refunds granted. Outstanding balances, if any, need to be paid at that time. If a student finds it necessary to drop or switch a class, please notify the front desk. There will be no refunds given for classes unattended.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Core Dance Company LLC/Core Dance Alliance classes and events and that such exposure or infection may result.

On my behalf I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Core Dance Company LLC/Core Dance Alliance, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Core Dance Alliance will require all families to keep an active credit card on file with us. Circumstances when your card would be charged include but are not limited to:

- Tuition
- Recital Fees
- Costume Fees
- Missed or canceled private lessons without 24-hour notice
- Ultimately, you are responsible for knowing what services are covered, how often, and how much of the cost.

We do not store your sensitive credit/debit card information in our studio. Your information is stored on Dance Studio Pro's credit card processing platform, which uses PCI-Validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE)—the most secure technology available.

By signing below, I authorize Core Dance Alliance to keep my credit card information securely on-file in my account. I authorize Core Dance Alliance to charge my credit card for any outstanding balances when due.

If the credit card that I give today changes, expires, or is denied for any reason, I agree to immediately give Core Dance Alliance a new, valid credit card which I will allow them to charge over the telephone. Even though Core Dance Alliance is not processing the new card in person, I agree that the new card may be used with the same authorization as the original card I presented.

1. Credit Card on File Requirement
Upon registering for classes at our studio, it is required that all patrons provide a valid credit card to be kept on file. This credit card will be securely stored and will only be charged for authorized transactions related to class fees, tuition, and any associated expenses.

2. Account Maintenance Timeline
- **30 Days After Registration:** If a valid credit card is not provided within 30 days of registering for classes, the dancer associated with the account will be dropped from their enrolled classes.
- **60 Days After Registration:** If after 60 days from the date of registration, the account remains unpaid or not current, the dancer(s) associated with the account will be dropped from their enrolled classes.

3. Notification Process
- Prior to dropping a dancer from their enrolled classes due to non-compliance with the credit card on file requirement or failure to maintain a current account, we will send out reminders via email, text, and/or phone calls to inform the account holder of the impending action.
- These notifications will serve as a reminder to update payment information or settle any outstanding balances to avoid disruption to the dancer's class schedule.

4. Reinstatement
- If a dancer is dropped from their classes due to non-compliance with the credit card requirement or failure to maintain a current account, reinstatement into classes will be subject to availability.
- Reinstatement requests must be made in writing, and any outstanding balances must be settled before the dancer can be re-enrolled in classes.

5. Changes and Amendments
- This policy is effective as of April 1st, 2024, and may be subject to change or amendment at the discretion of Core Dance Alliance.
- Any updates or changes to this policy will be communicated to all registered patrons in a timely manner.

By registering for classes at our studio, patrons acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this policy regarding account maintenance and credit card requirements. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines as we strive to provide the best possible dance education experience for all of our students.

At Core Dance Alliance, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide flexibility for our students while maintaining the integrity of our programs. To ensure a fair and efficient freeze process, we have established the following Freeze Policy:

1. Freeze Allowance:
Each student is granted one (1) freeze per dance season.
Additional freeze requests within the same season will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The freeze period lasts for 30 days from the date of initiation.
If medical circumstances require a longer freeze period, students may request an extension. Extensions are subject to the same freeze fee and approval process.

2. Eligibility:
Freezes are exclusively permitted for medical reasons only.
A medical certificate or note from a qualified healthcare professional must accompany the freeze request.

3. Freeze Fee:
There is a non-refundable freeze fee of $50 per class for the 30-day freeze period.
Payment must be made at the time of the freeze request.

4. Freeze Request Procedure:
Parents/guardians must submit a written request for a freeze via email to registration@coredancealliance.com
The request should include a copy of the medical certificate or note, clearly stating the duration of the recommended freeze period.

5. Approval Process:
Freeze requests will be reviewed by the studio management.
Approval is contingent upon the submission of a valid medical certificate and adherence to the freeze policy guidelines.
Upon approval, the student's account will be updated to reflect the frozen status for the specified period.

6. Communication:
Students and parents/guardians are responsible for notifying the studio of any medical conditions that may warrant a freeze as soon as possible.
The studio will communicate the approval or denial of the freeze request promptly.

By adhering to this Freeze Policy, Core Dance Alliance aims to create a supportive environment for our students while maintaining the integrity of our programs. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our studio management team.

I hereby grant permission for videos and photographs to be taken during class time, at the studio, events, and other performances. I understand that this media will be produced and used for advertising purposes and all social media outlets. I authorize Core Dance Alliance to use my photograph or video on their website, printed material, and/or all social media without further consideration. I also acknowledge that Core Dance Alliance may not choose to use my photo/video at this time but may do so at its own discretion or at a later date. I also understand that there is no compensation for this media.

Cosmetics, underwear, tights, earrings (for sanitary reasons) and special order items may not be returned. If returned, no refund will be given.

We recommend you measure your child to ensure purchasing the proper sizes.

All sales and transactions are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any transaction or purchase under any circumstances.

I have full knowledge that by nature class participation can frequently include exercise and body contact along with associated dangers. In recognition of the possible dangers connected with any physical activity, students hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive any right of cause of action of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of such activity from which any liability may or could occur to Core Dance Company, LLC/Core Dance Alliance, its officers, agents, or employees or instructors. I agree to waive claims against any person or organization connected with Core Dance Company, LLC/Core Dance Alliance for any injuries I may sustain and likewise assume full responsibility for all my actions in connection with said classes. I understand that Core Dance Company, LLC/Core Dance Alliance and its agents urges all students to obtain a physical examination from their physician prior to attending any class.

Electronic Signature Agreement. By selecting the "I Accept" checkbox, I am signing this agreement electronically. I agree this electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this agreement.

I have received or will obtain a copy of Core Dance Alliance policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I understand that Core Dance Alliance does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with Core Dance Alliance, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
