You must be over 18 to register for an account.

A student is not considered registered or able to attend class until this fee has been paid. Online registration requires full registration information and your acceptance by electronic signature of studio policies and hold harmless agreement.
Registration for new and returning members is easy via our Parent Portal enrollment link. This can be found on our website at coredancealliance.com. The annual registration fee is charged in August to every dancer's account and nonrefundable.

If a student needs to withdraw from a class, the requirement is to give a written notice 30 days prior to the 1st of the following month. If the notice is not given 30 days prior to the next due date, tuition will continue to accumulate until withdrawal notice has been given via email. The account will be drafted and there will be no refunds granted. Outstanding balances, if any, need to be paid at that time. If a student finds it necessary to drop or switch a class, please notify the front desk. There will be no refunds given for classes unattended.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Core Dance Company LLC/Core Dance Alliance classes and events and that such exposure or infection may result.

On my behalf I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Core Dance Company LLC/Core Dance Alliance, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

Core Dance Alliance will require all families keep an active credit card on file with us. Circumstances when your card would be charged include but are not limited to:

- Tuition
- Recital Fees
- Costume Fees
- Missed or canceled private lessons without 24-hour notice
- Ultimately, you are responsible for knowing what services are covered, how often, and how much of the cost.

We do not store your sensitive credit/debit card information in our studio. Your information is stored on Dance Studio Pro's credit card processing platform, which uses PCI-Validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE)—the most secure technology available.

By signing below, I authorize Core Dance Alliance to keep my credit card information securely on-file in my account. I authorize Core Dance Alliance to charge my credit card for any outstanding balances when due.

If the credit card that I give today changes, expires, or is denied for any reason, I agree to immediately give Core Dance Alliance a new, valid credit card which I will allow them to charge over the telephone. Even though Core Dance Alliance is not processing the new card in person, I agree that the new card may be used with the same authorization as the original card I presented.

I hereby grant permission for videos and photographs to be taken during class time, at the studio, events, and other performances. I understand that this media will be produced and used for advertising purposes and all social media outlets. I authorize Core Dance Alliance to use my photograph or video on their website, printed material, and/or all social media without further consideration. I also acknowledge that Core Dance Alliance may not choose to use my photo/video at this time but may do so at its own discretion or at a later date. I also understand that there is no compensation for this media.

Cosmetics, underwear, tights, earrings (for sanitary reasons) and special order items may not be returned. If returned, no refund will be given.

We recommend you measure your child to ensure purchasing the proper sizes.

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any transaction or purchase under any circumstances.

I have full knowledge that by nature class participation can frequently include exercise and body contact along with associated dangers. In recognition of the possible dangers connected with any physical activity, students hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive any right of cause of action of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of such activity from which any liability may or could occur to Core Dance Company, LLC/Core Dance Alliance, its officers, agents, or employees or instructors. I agree to waive claims against any person or organization connected with Core Dance Company, LLC/Core Dance Alliance for any injuries I may sustain and likewise assume full responsibility for all my actions in connection with said classes. I understand that Core Dance Company, LLC/Core Dance Alliance and its agents urges all students to obtain a physical examination from their physician prior to attending any class.

Electronic Signature Agreement. By selecting the "I Accept" checkbox, I am signing this agreement electronically. I agree this electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual signature on this agreement.

I have received or will obtain a copy of Core Dance Alliance policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. I understand that Core Dance Alliance does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with Core Dance Alliance, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
