*** ATTIRE ***
Participants must always wear proper attire to all practices. Students must be properly dressed in the following:
-Athletic wear
-Indoor tennis shoes
-Hair must be securely pulled back.
*If your athlete chooses to wear a sports bra, we ask that no low-cut or V-cut sports bras be worn.
If a participant is not in appropriate attire, they will be asked to sit and not be allowed to participate in practice.

*** ATTENDANCE POLICY ***
REFUNDS: If a participant pre-registers for the Cheerleading Intensive full session or Drop-In and can no longer attend for any reason, ADS will not issue a refund.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: Most classes will not be held if Owosso Public Schools are closed due to weather. However, depending on afternoon conditions, we may have classes. Please call the studio or check your email for up-to-date cancellations.
I understand the Attendance Policy: By signing I am agreeing to everything included in the Attendance Policy Section. I also understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances. I have read and understood all of the above.

*** DROP-IN REGISTRATIONS (SAME DAY-REGISTRATION) ***
RECEIPT REQUIRED: All Drop-in registrations will need to provide a receipt to the class to show proof of registration.
I understand that all drop-in registrations must have a receipt present to participate in a registered session. I have read and understood all of the above.

In exchange for participation in the activity of any and all dance, cheer, and fitness activity organized by Ashleigh's Dance Shack ("A.D.S") of 201 South Washington Street, Owosso, Michigan 48867, and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of A.D.S., I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my family to do the following:

I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by A.D.S. or the employees, representatives, or agents of A.D.S.

I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above-described activity. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members and further release and discharge A.D.S for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of A.D.S., whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, A.D.S. or other third parties.

I agree to indemnify and defend A.D.S. against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of presence upon the facilities of A.D.S.

I agree to pay all damages to the facilities of A.D.S. caused by my or my family's negligent, reckless, or willful actions.
Any legal or equitable claims arising from participation in this above may be resolved under Michigan Law

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY VIRTUALLY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.

As a parent and/or student, I am aware that Ashleigh’s Dance Shack takes photographs/video/digital recordings for promotional purposes. I grant ADS, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me, my child and/or my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize ADS, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that ADS may use such photographs of me and/or my child with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and all Web content.
