*I understand that my tuition is due on the 1st of each month to receive the lower rate and after the 10th of each month the tuition will automatically revert to the higher rate adding an extra $15 to your account. Your tuition currently reflects the lower rate and any discounts for referrals and siblings.

Our Fall Schedule for our 2023-2024 Season is posted and you are allowed to select a class. Please note every effort will be made to keep the schedule as it is but there is the possibility that class schedules may be adjusted.

Dance Costumes are ordered in November and Costume Balances are billed in January. Anyone not paying their balance by March 1st will be billed an additional $15 each month until the balance is paid.

The studio CANNOT be responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during dance or acrobatic training, while waiting in or outside of the studio. Acknowledging this waiver indicates that the parent or guardian of a child releases the studio and it’s staff from such responsibilities. All students are carefully monitored to prevent accidents, but even though rare, accidents can occur.

I give Patrick County Dancing Arts Center permission to post photos of my child/children for advertising purposes and on public media outlets.
