You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account.

Lukas Dance Studio LLC uses paper forms in studio that must be completed before you may begin your first dance class.
The forms include a waiver, a contact preference, a photo/video release, and an agreement to the studio policies.
By agreeing to this form now, you are understanding of this mandatory step in the enrollment process and will take the proper steps to complete registration by being present in the studio to fill out and complete the previously listed forms on behalf of yourself if you are the dancer/participant, or for your child if they are the dancer/participant.
If you do not register for any classes, then you do not need to fill out any further paperwork.
