You must be at least 18 to set up an account.

Registration and other fees are non refundable.
Only dance students are allowed in the studio.
I hereby waive and release the Maxine Patterson School of Dance and all instructors at the studio of any claims, actions, causes of action, illness, personal injuries, level of risk of COVID 19, loss or damages, costs, liabilities, expenses or judgments, including attorney's fees and court costs, arising out of my child's participation in this program.
I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late picking my child up, there will be a $5 fee charged for each additional 15 minutes or any part thereof. This will be added to my account and must be paid when I get my child.
