By enrolling your dancer at Legacy Dance you are ensuing they are fit and healthy to attend. Dance can result in injury, and accidents can occur. While we will do our best to minimise these Legacy Dance accepts no liability for any injury, accident or worse that could occur.

You give us permission to use images and video of your dancer.

Please note term fees are billed at the start of the term for the full term and are due before the term commences. Refunds are not offered should a dancer change their mind about attending class, or if you miss a class due to sickness or injury. We will however offer a credit for ab ongoing sickness or injury with a medical certificate provided.
