1. DRESS CODE:
*Pre-school and Pre-ballet:
-pink tights, pink/beige ballet shoes (with NO ankle ribbons), solid colored leotard/skirt, hair in
bun or pony tail
((BALLET 1-3 are transitioning to a COLOR dress code. Please see more details below. These leotards must be bought through Vitality's Dancewear Store))
*Ballet 1:
-pink tights, pink/beige ballet shoes (with NO ankle ribbons), *MARINE* colored leotard/skirt, hair in
bun

*Ballet 2:
-pink tights, pink/beige ballet shoes (with NO ankle ribbons), *PLUM* colored leotard/skirt, hair in
bun

2. WEATHER POLICY:
Inclement Weather Policy: Vitality School of Dance & Fine Art will not follow a certain school
system for weather related closings. In the case of stormy or wintery weather, an email will be sent by noon of the said day regarding that day’s classes. An announcement will also be posted on the school’s Facebook page. Always use your own discretion for safety!
(As always, if your child misses a class due to studio closure, you may take a "make-up class" from a different class of your child's same level.)
3. CALENDAR DATES:
*Our Calendar dates are posted on our website! Please keep in mind that we follow the Maury County School Schedule.
4. TUITION:
Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Payment made after the 10th of the month will occur a $15 late fee. *May 2022 tuition will be required to be paid by May 1, 2022 for participation in the Spring Concert.* Students are not permitted to skip months, thus skipping a monthly tuition payment. If you must skip a month, you will need to withdraw from the program and re-enroll (depending on class availability) at a later time.
Automated Payments:
We are now requiring all VD members to enroll in auto-pay. This will ensure a quick and easy experience with paying your monthly tuition fee and with no late fees. Your auto-pay will be processed on the 1st of every month.
5. ATTENDANCE:
Regular attendance is highly encouraged and is important to the mastering of new concepts taught in class each week. VD will not give refunds for missed classes and tuition is due on the 1st of each month, in full, regardless of attendance. If desired, a dancer may make up a missed class in a comparable class during the week.
**Our dancers are not permitted to miss more than 2 classes during the month of April and May (prior to recital) in order to perform in the Spring Recital. **
6. COMMUNICATION & FACEBOOK PRIVATE GROUP:
**E-MAILS are our main method of communication!!** PLEASE READ THE E-MAILS.
I will not be able to send personal text messages/phone calls with studio news/updates. You will have to read the e-mails. Ms. Holly
and I will do our best to consolidate and limit the amount of e-mails you are receiving from VD for your convenience.
