Policies and procedures Agreement Payment:
If payment is not made before the class your child will be excused from class. Injuries: Parents, legal guardians of minor students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on studio property resulting from standard dance activity or any other activity conducted by students before, during, or after class, workshops, and private lesson times. Attendance and Tardiness: Konquer has a zero tolerance policy. At any time, your instructor has the right to excuse you from your private lesson or group class at your cost. If your child is more than five minutes late to class, the instructor has the right to have them sit out of class. Interruption of classes: The studio reserves the right to cancel class or close due to extreme weather or events beyond our control such as power outages, the missed lessons will be added on to the end of the session. Substitutions: The studio deserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or unable to teach class. If a teacher is ill and the studio cannot arrange a substitute, any missed classes will be made up. Dress Code: Students are not permitted to wear jeans or shoes worn on the street or outdoors, to any dance class. For safety students are not permitted to wear any dangling jewelry. Hair must always be tied back. Required dancewear and shoes must be worn to all classes. The first failure to wear required dance wear to class will be a warning. The second time students will have to sit out of class. Photo and video release: The studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs and/or video of the students, to be used in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and any promotional materials the school creates.
