Registration :
The registration for any student will not be accepted without the $ 45 registration fee. No class will be held for any child until the family registration form and fee have been received.

Tuition & Autopay:
Autopay is required to register. We require ALL parents to have a valid credit card on file for automatic payments. If parents choose to opt out of automatic payments, tuition must be paid for 6 months in advanced.
All fees are non-refundable.
Failure to pay tuition by the 5th of each month will result in a $10 late fee.
Full Tuition is due each mo. Regardless of the holidays.
FULL TUITION IS DUE EACH MONTH WHETHER YOUR CHILD TAKES CLASS THAT MONTH OR NOT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the event that your child’s tuition account does not remain in good standing, your child will not be able to participate in dance class, any dance events, spring recital, etc.

Tuition will be drafted on the 1st of each month.

If your card is declined for tuition on the 1st, parents have until the 5th to update card info. Otherwise, A $25.00 late fee will be added to your balance.

I agree to enroll in Autopay & to maintain a valid card on file at all times.

I understand the In some cases, my child and/or my name may be used. I further understand no financial compensation will be for the use of these photos/videos.
