Absence: Tuition fee could be deducted if the school is noticed before the semester starts, for a maximum of 4 classes per semester. 3. CY School of Ballet reserves the right to cancel student's registration with overdue account balance." 4. Students: Parents are responsible for their children's actions and safety outside the studio. Photos or videos taken during the class could be used for purposes of current or future publicity of the school. 5. Late Registration: If student registers in the interim of the semester, the classes not taken will be deducted from the tuition fee. 6. Returned Cheques: An administration fee of $25 will be charged for all returned NSF cheques. 7. Refund Policy Classes already taken will be charged prorate and we will reimburse the remaining amount minus 10% for administration fees upto $50 (Article 195 of the Consumer Protection Act R.S.Q, chapter40.1). A student cancelling their registration before the first day of classes will receive a full refund, except for the registration fee. The registration fee is never refundable. CY School of Ballet reserves the right to remove from class any student who is one month behind in paying for classes. We ask that parents encourage their child to try at least four classes before abandon in them, as it often takes this long for a child to adjust to a new school or situation. 8. Lost Items: CY School of Ballet is not responsible for lost or stolen items. As a safety precaution, students should be vigilant and leave their valuables with their parents before entering to the studio. 9.
