You must be over 18 to register for an account.

As a condition of acceptance of your/your child’s entry and participation in the lessons and performance (collectively, "Activities"), you acknowledge and agree as follows.

You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) There are inherent dangers and risks in undertaking the Activities, including risk of injury through exertion, accident or misadventure.
(b) You have relied upon your own medical advice and knowledge in:
(i) electing to undertake/ let your child undertake the Activities; and
(ii) deciding that you/your child has sufficient skill, ability and fitness to safely undertake the Activities.
(c) You are undertaking/authorised your child to undertake the Activities freely, voluntarily and at your own risk with full appreciation of the nature and extent of all risks involved.
(d) You/your child must must not behave recklessly or dangerously in undertaking the Activities.
(e) In the circumstances of the Activity, it would be unreasonable for Rain & Lucky Academy of Dance to be in any way responsible for any injury to you/your child.
(f) You/your child will comply with all instructions given by Rain & Lucky Academy of Dance instructors with respect to the Activities and conduct in the premises.

As a condition of enrolment at Rain & Lucky Academy of Dance, you acknowledge and agree as follows.

a) I have read and agree to the public 'Terms, Conditions & Policies' page on the Rain & Lucky website (rainandlucky.com/terms-conditions/)

b) Payment is by direct debit only (unless paying for the full year upfront). Fees are charged on the 1st of each month, from February to December only.
c) If joining part-way through a month, your first payment will be pro-rata and charged to your account within 48 hours.
d) Direct debit is the same amount each month regardless of how many classes are in the month. This includes school holidays, since the payments are averaged out over the full year.
e) Direct debits to your account will continue until December, otherwise notified in writing to hello@rainandlucky.com.
f) One month's written notice is required to cancel enrolment or reduce your number of weekly classes. Your next month's tuition will be processed if notice is received after the 10th of the month.
g) If a payment bounces multiple times, late fees may be charged. Continued failed payments may result in you/your child being unable to take class and your enrolment being cancelled.
h) All fees are strictly non-refundable.
i) No refunds or credits are given for classes missed.
j) If enrolling in Term 3 or 4, a one-off Late-Start Admin Fee of $70 (in Term 3) or $100 (in Term 4) will be charged, to cover the backordering of concert costumes, concert videos and rehearsal fees, which are usually paid off over the full year. This does not apply to Stardust Level 1 or Twinkle Tots. The Late-Start Admin Fee is per one weekly class - for example, if enrolling in two classes, it's $140 (Term 3) or $200 (Term 4).
k) If government-imposed restrictions or other circumstances outside of our control require us to close our doors, we will revert to online learning. There will be no refunds or credits but enrolment you can choose to cancel your enrolment without a notice period.

As a condition of enrolment at Rain & Lucky Academy of Dance, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

a) Images and video from classes, performances and various events will be used to promote the activities of Rain & Lucky Academy of Dance, e.g. in newsletters, on the website, social media (e.g. Facebook/Instagram), noticeboards, brochures and so on. Unless otherwise notified in writing, parents consent to the use of images/video of their children in this way, and waive all rights in respect of such images/video.

Please email hello@rainandlucky.com if you do not consent to images of you/your child being published.

b) Parents are not permitted to take images/video of their children during Rain & Lucky classes, concerts or events. This is part of our Commitment to Child Safety (to protect other children who may be in the images/video) and to respect the privacy of our staff.
