As a condition of enrolment at Rain & Lucky Academy of Dance, you acknowledge and agree as follows.
a) I have read and agree to the public 'Terms, Conditions & Policies' page on the Rain & Lucky website (rainandlucky.com/terms-conditions/)
b) Payment is by direct debit only (unless paying for the full year upfront). Fees are charged on the 1st of each month, from February to December only.
c) If joining part-way through a month, your first payment will be pro-rata and charged to your account within 48 hours.
d) Direct debit is the same amount each month regardless of how many classes are in the month. This includes school holidays, since the payments are averaged out over the full year.
e) Direct debits to your account will continue until December, otherwise notified in writing to hello@rainandlucky.com.
f) One month's written notice is required to cancel enrolment or reduce your number of weekly classes. Your next month's tuition will be processed if notice is received after the 10th of the month.
g) If a payment bounces multiple times, late fees may be charged. Continued failed payments may result in you/your child being unable to take class and your enrolment being cancelled.
h) All fees are strictly non-refundable.
i) No refunds or credits are given for classes missed.
j) If enrolling in Term 3 or 4, a one-off Late-Start Admin Fee of $70 (in Term 3) or $100 (in Term 4) will be charged, to cover the backordering of concert costumes, concert videos and rehearsal fees, which are usually paid off over the full year. This does not apply to Stardust Level 1 or Twinkle Tots. The Late-Start Admin Fee is per one weekly class - for example, if enrolling in two classes, it's $140 (Term 3) or $200 (Term 4).
k) If government-imposed restrictions or other circumstances outside of our control require us to close our doors, we will revert to online learning. There will be no refunds or credits but enrolment you can choose to cancel your enrolment without a notice period.
