REGISTRATION: A non-refundable fee per student is required at the time of registration. Students are not fully registered without payment of the registration fee.
TUITION: Payment is due to Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool by the 1st of the month. We offer multiple payment options.
Payments can be made by utilizing the automatic withdrawal (AutoPay); which will avoid accruing any late fees. To use AutoPay, you must sign an AutoPay authorization form or sign up through your Parent Portal account. Once completed, tuition will be debited from your bank account on the 1st of each month; there is a convenience fee for debit/credit cards and ACH checking accounts.
A $15 late fee will be assessed if fees are not paid within 5 days of the due date. If left unpaid, another fee of $15.00 is charged every 30 days until paid in full. Declined AutoPay and returned checks will receive a $25 returned payment fee. Students cannot attend classes if their account is not in good standing.
There are NO refunds on registration or tuition fees.
CLASS CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Class Cancellation - If Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool cancels classes due to unforeseeable events, we will provide a prorated account credit within thirty days, however; no credits will be given for closures due to weather, power outages, or personal circumstances.
Class Withdrawal - Inform our office staff in person if withdrawing. AutoPay will stop after a one-month notice period. NO credit will be given if students withdraw from class after the first of the month. We reserve the right to terminate any students without notice. In such a case, a prorated refund may be given.
INSTRUCTOR SUBSTITUTIONS
Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor if the regularly scheduled instructor is ill or otherwise unable to attend classes.
PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool is not responsible for children not registered in a class.
RISK OF INJURIES
I fully understand that Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool staff members are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With the above in mind, I hereby release the Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool staff to render temporary first aid to my child or children in the event of any injury or illness, and if deemed necessary by the Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool staff to call a doctor and to seek medical help, including transportation for said child should the staff deem this necessary.
Injuries: Parents and legal guardians of minor students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool property resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after class time.
WAIVER AND RELEASE
I authorize Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool to instruct my child in a program of preschool education. In consideration of this agreement to instruct and assist my child, I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool and their respective instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my child’s participation in this preschool program, including any injuries resulting therefrom. Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool is not liable for any communicable diseases or illnesses. There will also be no refunds given for any sort of natural disaster if an opportunity is provided in some format for the child to continue to be able to participate in class. I understand it is my responsibility to maintain medical coverage for my child, and I authorize Blossom & Grow Fine Arts Preschool to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child for injury or illness while attending dance classes, performances, competitions, or activities. I also authorize Bloom Fine Arts Preschool to use my child’s picture for promotional reasons.
