REGISTRATION FEE
There is a non-refundable registration fee due by your first class for all regular session dance classes.
$20.00 for a single dancer
$25.00 for families with 2+ dancers

MONTHLY TUITION
Tuition is due on the FIRST class of every month. You can pay with cash, check, credit card on the website, or Venmo. Please be prompt with your payment.

Tuition is based on the total amount of instructional time the dancer takes every week.

RECITAL FEES (regular season classes only)
Recital is optional but recommended!
If you choose to participate in the recital you are responsible for the costume fee which is estimated at $85-95 per dancer, for each class they attend, and a $30.00 FAMILY production fee. The production fee will help cover the cost of the recital venue, props, and stage help.
No tickets will be sold, anyone can attend.
Fundraising is also encouraged- this is how we can keep our costs down for our dance families!

Costume fee is due by October 15, 2024 and production fee will be due by April 22, 2025.
You will receive a reminder before both payments are due. A $10.00 late fee will be applied after the due date.

HOW TO PAY

-A $10.00 late fee will be applied after the 15th of every month.
-There is a $37.00 returned check fee.

DANCE CLASS WAIVER / RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, ETC. AGREEMENT, RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I agree to pay all participation fees. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, agents, assigns, and representatives, hereby indemnify, release and forever hold harmless Kernersville Dance Company, as well as its directors, employees and instructors, from any and all claims of liability arising from any accident, personal injury, death, or property loss or damage sustained by my child/myself/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian, while that person is participating in activities connected with Kernersville Dance Company, including classes, rehearsals, performances, or other activities. I understand that dance activities have inherent risks of injury, and, being fully aware of all risk, I consent to have my child/myself/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian, participate in the programs and activities offered by Kernersville Dance Company., and I accept full responsibility for providing adequate health and accident insurance coverage for the protection of all of the following who participate in these programs/activities: my child/myself/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian. By signing this statement, I declare that the aforesaid participant is in good health, with no physical conditions that might prevent his/her/my participation in strenuous and rigorous dance activities and other training and performance connected with musical theater. I have carefully read this Agreement, Waiver, Release, & Assumption of Risk and fully understand its contents. I understand that this is an assumption of risk and release of liability, and I sign it of my own free will.

*I also authorize Kernersville Dance Company to use photos and videos of my child/myself/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian for promotional purposes. No names will be used.
