Blue Canoe reserves the right to cancel a person’s participation in a program or project if their behavior is determined to be unsafe or inappropriate. Blue Canoe is not responsible for injury if said child is not following the rules and routines of Blue Canoe. By signing this waiver, you release Blue Canoe, and its staff and volunteers from all manner of actions, claims, and demands of whatever nature that result from any loss, injury, or expense sustained, arising out of or in any way connected with participation in any program or attendance at a location operated by Blue Canoe.
