Registration fee must be paid on enrolment to secure your child’s place in a class. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Our inclusive pricing includes lesson costs, class levies, concert levies, rehearsal fees and student’s end-of-year concert costume. It does not include ‘everything’ and additional costs may apply for uniforms, workshops, merchandise, other concert costuming requirements such as tights etc.. Our inclusive pricing is the set fee for our classes regardless of whether student’s opt out of the end-of-year concert. Term tuition is non-negotiable and non-refundable for any reason.

Term tuition is charged by the term (Typically 10 weeks) and are due on Friday in Week 1 of each term. Fees will be direct debited from your nominated AutoPay card. Fees will not be direct debited using AutoPay if term tuition has already been paid and cleared prior to Friday Week 1. If the AutoPay direct debit transaction fails, you will be notified and a second attempt will be made the following business day. In the event that the second attempt fails, a $20 late fee will automatically incur and you will be required to enter an AutoPay payment plan. Payment plans are also available by request (structured as 4 x fortnightly instalments) however must be done through the AutoPay system and will incur a 4.5% processing and administration fee. Term tuition including any fees incurred are non-refundable.

Where a public holiday occurs, or other non-class days (rehearsals, concert etc.), a class credit will be applied to accounts. Refund are not available for accounts in credit. Both refunds and credits are not available for non-attendance of classes for any reason, however make-up lessons may be available and you can request these by emailing us. To be eligible for a make-up lesson, absence must be lodged via the parent portal and alternative make-up lesson must be arrange prior to the absence.

Registration rolls over automatically each term. If you wish to make changes to your enrolment, or discontinue with Focus on Dance, you must let us know via email to hello@focusondance.com.au before the end of the current term. Failure to do so will result in term tuition being direct debited on the scheduled date which will not be refundable.

Multi-class discounts apply only to term fees and per individual.
Family discount applies only to term fees and are applied per family.

Dance Studio Pro is the studio management program we use at Focus on Dance. It is vitally important that clients utilise the Parent Portal website or app to keep their information up to date, report absences and to access studio information. All communication with Focus on Dance team should be kept professional and should remain within the studio email address (hello@focusondance.com.au), the official Focus on Dance Facebook & Instagram pages, messengers and groups, or phone (0428158732). A welcome pack will be sent to all families on enrolment/prior to the commencement of the year with important studio information that must be read including studio policies that must be followed. We take pride in our studio, how we conduct ourselves, and how we cooperate as a family to give our students the best dance experience we possibly can.


Enrolling in classes with Focus on Dance means that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms listed above. You will also be required to agree to these terms in the Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal on enrolment.
