You must be over 18 to register for an account.

By agreeing to stated policies, I hereby release my child to fully participate, without limitation or special accommodation, in all activities at Vibe Performing Arts. I assume full responsibility for any damage, loss of property, lost or stolen items, and personal injury, including death, that may arise directly or indirectly in association with Vibe Performing Arts. I hold all staff and teachers harmless from any and all liability resulting from any injury or damage sustained by students and/or parents.

Students will purchase one costume for each recital class that they are enrolled. Pointe will dance in the recital, but will have no costume fee.
Kinder Acro and any Acro & Dance class will have a costume fee.
Costume fees are divided into 1/3 payments over 3 months.
Costume payments will be charged to your account on September 15, October 15, and November 15.

Little Stars and Little Showstoppers: $75 ($25 per month)
1st grade and up: $80 ($26.60, $26.60, and $26.80)
*Costume fees are non-refundable after November 1*

- There will be no refunds made for voluntary withdrawal, missed classes, sport seasons, holidays, vacations, inclement weather or lack of interest.
- To be withdrawn from CBSD, a written notice by a parent or legal guardian must be presented. Remaining balance of account must be paid in full before withdrawal. Tuition will continue to be charged until notice has been delivered.
- Any account that requires collection of any sort will be responsible for all applicable fees and penalties.
- There is no discount or refunds available for missed classes.

- Tuition is based on August through late May and is divided into monthly installments. Monthly tuition for August through May will remain the same regardless of holidays, spring break, and recital dates.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition will be charged to your account with a 3.25% processing fee on the 1st of the each month unless payment by alternate method is made 5 days prior to the 1st of the month. Please include the students name on all checks.
- A $10 discount will be offered for tuition for each child in the same immediate family.
- A 10% discount will be offered for anyone paying for the entire year tuition by September 1st. This includes paying registration fee, costume fees, and tuition.
- A $20 fee will be assessed 10 days after tuition has been posted to your account for late payments.
- A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
- Recital Fee is due on March 1st.
- Any student with an outstanding/overdue balance will not be permitted to participate in class.
