Delabar individually, from any & all liability what so ever, resulting from the operation & instruction of such business. Also the person signed below takes full responsibility of all payments, and billings of the minor. The undersigned does hereby acknowledge the he/she has read the above & foregoing release for self, and or a minor participating in class(s) & signs this instrument freely and voluntary.
