On behalf of myself and student(s), our heirs, executors and administrators, I/we hereby release THRIVER COMPANY and its employees from any and all liabilities and all claims, demands and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, which I/we might have arising from our student’s participation in instructional lessons or outings, entertaining or competitions, on or off THRIVER COMPANY’s property. I/we agree to assume all risks connected with any involvement under the supervision of THRIVER COMPANY.
